cx complaint is units temps are way out of range and wont heat to higher temps or hold temps. she started unit to 450 when i was on the way to tests ranges. she has round temp guage in unit. put my didgital in unit as well to match or see temps of all three then check control. after pre heat unit set to 450 and i read 469 her guage was 455 control read 469. she said long bakes and so on unit wont hold or bake like it should and so on. i see all the notes and so on. replaced control and sensor and tested unit again. ranges were closer together. cx will try to bake a few times and see how unit does. job complete.

CX complaint WASHER doesnt drain. A10 error code = long drain. Found standing water. Cleared ECO ball clog & ran test wash 4X. Good drain. Motor seems ok but unable to check further stacked WD. NO LEAKS. Start NORMAL cycle with a small load & allow water to soak fabrics. Change to Drain&Spin to test motor & drains. good fast spin > JJ CX paid $180 7/25/23. "Cx complaint is unit not powering on. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the dual element staying on high and when the control is plugged in, neutral becomes hot. Replaced dual switch to resolve element issue. Called WPTL and went over voltages. Found the issue to be with the home electric. As soon as a load was introduced to the circuit, neutral had 120VAC to ground. Cx needs electrician to resolve issue. Job is complete. SR#7736935288"

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling for several days at a time. cx said he turned unit on and off several times and checked it every day. it eventurally started working. when i arrived unit was on and temps were 28 in RC, -3 in FC. i called tecline to document. they had me check all connections on board. advised unit will have to be in a failed state to further diagnose. "cx complaint is the unit not running cycles and displaying F6E6. when i arrived water in the house was turned off due to a leak in the shower. i checked for codes and found F6E1, F5E2, F3E4. i tried running service cycle. door locked and unit did nothing else. i cancelled cycle and door will not unlock. cycled power but it still will not unlock. called techline to document. they advised ohming motor, check pressure switch, check drain pump. SR#7736932914. will need to return with 2nd tech to further diagnose unit. called office to set up return for 7/31. quoted cx for service call and 200 for labor. cx paid service call and understands labor, parts, shipping, tax will be due once unit is further diagnosed. marking parts for use on return.; saved tckt"

Cx complaint is that the unit is making vibrating noises and is louder than it has been ever. Upon arrival I verified the noise and found that it was coming from the front of the unit. I removed the front panel and found that the rollers were still functioning as intended. I inspected the blower wheel and found that there were no cracks but it has lint built up in it in all of the fins. I was able to remove all the lint that was stuck in the fins. I then tested the unit and found that it is now running without any vibrations or noises. Job complete. I collected the service fee.
