Found in accordance with Technical Service Pointer the bushings wore away causing unit to leak. Replaced heater with van stock and tested and found unit to no longer leak but motor not running only humming. Found that water had dripped onto motor shorting it out. Replaced outer door due to rust issues but upon removing plastic found deep scratches so reordering outer door and ordering sump assembly. Parts are in stock so setting return for Thur 8/3/23; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heater (JL VS)) and 1 W11416371 (outer door) and 1 W11416362 (sump assembly), used 1 W11537778 (heater (JL VS)) from stock"

Cx complaint is that both rear burners are not working. Upon arrival I removed the rear cover and found that I have 120 volts from each side of the switches. I removed the cooktop and found that both burner elements have failed. I was able to replace both elements. I then tested the unit and found that the unit is now functioning as intended. "CX complaint is no cool.Upon arrival CX had unit sitting unplugged for almost 2 weeks. Inspected/tested and all fans working. CX stated no ice build up in evap cover when issue occurred. Just a loud noise in back and a constant clicking noise. Pull amp draw that started at 0.92 and increased up to 1.20 after 10mins and was still rising. Compressor got blazing hot after 10mins but did not click off which could be from the fact unit has been sitting for 2 weeks. Ordering compressor, drier, coupler and RC evap just incase. 3 ct SS. Unit has sealed system entitlements as well as being a Lowes contract.
