"CX complaint is that the unti is still not cooling. I found temps in the FC to be @ 18 degrees with the use of a thermacoupling. I was able to access the evap and found a poor frost pattern. I called WP Tech Line and explained my findings. TL agrees that the unti will need 1 sealed system repair. i am orderign 1 compressor , 1 drier filter , 1 evap coil, 1 condenssor assm, and all corasponding couplings. Return visit will nned to be 4 call counted due to the time to replace the sealed system with condenssor assm. Once the parts are avalible, please have someone for the office call to set a return date. "cx complaint unit isnt cleaning clothes, stated unit did not break down tie pods. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved errror codes. ran test 12 and found unit did finish with out issue. i dispened both cold and hot water and found they were placed on the correct valves. Ran a quick wash and found unit finished with out issue. ran another quick wash with tie pod and found tie pod did break down and finished test with out issue. i found unit was saved on light soil level. I advised cx to run a higher soil level to correct issue. unit checks good."

Cx complaint is unit not cooling proeprly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the compressor not coming on. Unplugged p9 connector and found the unit comes on and starts cooling with the exception of the fan. Ordering FC evap fan. Also found the door liner defective not allowing the switch to be pushed in all the way causing dispenser not to work. Tried installing shim but the liner is to badly defective. Door is needed to complete repair. Spoke to Haley ordering evap fan and left RC door. Cannot rescheudle at this time.; ordrng 1 W11518736 (door fip) and 1 W11578030 (motor)

Cx complaint is that the unit will not start agitating after it fills. Upon arrival I found an F8E1 and an F2E1. I entered diag and manually activated the cold valve and found that it is loud and is just trickling out. I was able to access and repalce the valve. I also found that the pressure hose was not connected to the control. I then manually activate the cold valve agian and found that it is now functioning properly. i then started a normal cycle and the unit progressed into agitation and wash. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete
