I then ran test 45 and foun d the valve to open and water fill the icemaker. ran test 36 and foun d that the ice box fan motor would pulsate and make a low grinding sound. I used a themacoupling and was able to take temp readings in the FC of 2 when set to 0 and the RC at 38 when set to 37. I am ordeirng 1 icebox fan motor (W10846539) and 1 icemaker (W11658802). infomred cx here top of unit will rub top shelf and could damage it got ok to get it out got unit out and checked new parts to find the 3 way valve assem is missing the solenoid and the new compressor is wrong way wrong is a panasonic that takes 134a. put unit back together left unplugged and reinstalled. cx also said trim is missing to cover the upper unit parts so looked it to find part diagram doesnt show one so told her unit does not have the trim cover. ordering correct parts for retrun 3 count job s.s. tech only and need a second tech due to being a built it; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier) and 1 w10913906 (coupler) and 1 W11557671 (compressor kit) and 1 W11647768 (3wayvalve assem) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid)

Checked unit and found that the pantry thermistor was unplugged. Connected and checked test 5 and now its reading 33. Spoke with MX and cx is gonna monitor for a week and see if it changes but as of now no further work needed

CX complaint is that the unit is not dispensing ice. I found thatbthenunti has ice in the bin. CX informed me that they use a large amount of ice. I found thatb the icebin is low due to ice use. I found that the auger is not making contact with the ice as CX dispenses due to the low amount of ice in the bin. I shuffled the ice foward inorder for ice to make contact with the Icebin auger and iunit dispensed Ice.with out problem. I advised CX to allow ice bin to fill with more ice and then dispense ice. Unit test good.

"1-W10844267 housing if cx calls back .. cx concern the unit dripping from dispenser after they changed filter.. found unit had stopped dripping when the icemaker was off not flowing with water and not dispensing water from dispenser .. when i dispensed water it began to drip, taking the filter out and dispenseing it didnt start to drip right away.. it did leak from housing when filter was out a little .. was gunna shut off water valve but its behind drywall in basement , didnt want to touch it because the risk of drip from that type of valve .. informed cx too try a new filter if it doesnt stop , it needs a new filter housing.. created a qoute , cx paid svc call. qoute in ticket .."
