"CX complaint was that was that the washplate was fragmented . I was able to access and replace the Agitator . I tehn ran a auto test and found the unit to complete a auto test with out issues. I then reentered diag mode and foun d no stored error codes stored. I ran several manuel test cycles to include hot/cold water fill, drain, slow agit. fast agit. and L/M/H speed spins. I inspected teh under side of the unit and found no signs of oil leaking and the rotor cover to be secured. I then ran a 2n auto test and a recalibration. I found the unit to be opperating as desigend. Unit test good."

the refrigerator and freezer are at room temp when i arrived. cx says the unit cooled for 2-3 weeks after ss work was done on 6/29. found fans and compressor active. test 40 step 1 pressures equilize to -15psi. step 4 low side pressure is -27psi and high side pressure is 40psi. step 5 low side pressure is -27psi and high side pressure is 40psi. pressurized the unit to 140psi with nitrogen and checked for leaks with bubbles. the unit is dropping in pressure 2psi in 30 minutes. cannot find any leaks. calle tech support and spoke with a leon. under review

"CX complai t was thatb the unti would not opperate and the unit wou,d blink/ beep. I found the unit tobe powered off on arrivel. I was able to take a resistanse reading of the bin thermistor and found 0.629 OHM's of resistanse. I was able to replace the Bin thermisotr and then powered the unit back on. I found that the unit was able to start and begain to fill , recir pump activated and I found water pumping over the evap plate. Unit test good. I collected $251.61 for service / labor , shipping, part, and taxes via check."

CX states they turned up water pressure and unit began making ice and water began dispensing normally. "CX complaint is that the unit is not producing ice. I found that the unit has a E5 error code in test 56. I was able to run test 57 and found the unit to harnest. I then ran test 45 and foun d the valve to open and water fill the icemaker. ran test 36 and foun d that the ice box fan motor would pulsate and make a low grinding sound. I used a themacoupling and was able to take temp readings in the FC of 2 when set to 0 and the RC at 38 when set to 37. I am ordeirng 1 icebox fan motor (W10846539) and 1 icemaker (W11658802). Once the parts are avalible, please ahve somone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (icemaker) and 1 W10846539 (ice box fan motor)"
