I thawed something in the FC and tested thermistor under ice. is reading 24k ohms and the unit is not defrosting. I ran heater test and the heater is turnining on. After thawed we tested 08 connector and thermistor is reading 3.6 . Sensor is reading and sending signal to the board. The board is not putting in into defrost. "cx complaint is the unit not spinning. cx said it stayed on spin for an hour but basket didnt move. when i arrived unit had a soaking wet load of towels in it. unit was set on bulky, fast spin speed. i checked for codes and found none saved. ran a service cycle. unit spun but had a lot of chattering at the beginning and stopped once before spinning up. i inspected under unit. nothing out of place. no signs of wear or damage. i called techline. they had me load wet towels into the unit and run drain and spin. unit completed cycle with no issues. they advised i calibrate the unit. ordering lower harness, stator and clutch.. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (lower harness) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch)"

Customer complaint unit is sparking repedely even when no body was using it and then it was flipping the breaker. They had the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and the unit was fine. I tested burnere and is sparking and the breker is not popping. Microwave and range are in the same circuti and both MW and unit running and brekaer is not flipping. I notice the harness was a little loose on one the valves and may be the issue. The switch harness may be shorting. Ordering switch harness. cx complaint is poor cooling in the RC and ice build up under the drawers. confirmed complaint. unit has frost build up on RC evap cover. unit is set to recomended. prob shows 55/-1. i found RC evap fan is not running. found glass inside the fan keeping it from running. cx said unit was delivered with a broken shelf and they got as much glass out as they could. i found drain tube clogged with glass as well. cleared all ice and glass. replaced evap cover with preIDed part. cx said they are also having water dispensor issues. tested dispensor. it is working. advised issue may have been due to ice around the filterhead. unit is working as designed.

"Customer complaint is that the unit is not filling properly, making noise, and leaving black particles on the clothing. Checked for stored error codes and found none. Ran manual valve tests and the valves are working properly. Ran test cycle and the unit started grinding the faster the spin got. Inspection of the drive system found the belt is secure, but the splutch pulley can be raised and lowered, creating a knocking noise in the gearcase. Splutch nut is secure.
