before i installed the parts the cx mentioned getting shocked when she touched the range and her dishwasher at the same time. i checked terminal block again. L1 to L2 has 245vac but L1 to ground also has 235vac. i called techline and reported my findings. techline had me check power at the outlet with unit plugged in and cooktop on. found N is dropping out. cx will need an electrician to fix the outlet. gave cx SR# and left unit unplugged.

"Customer complaint unit is making gurguling noise about every hour and after 5 seconds that the door is open. Tested unit. tested unit and the unit is cooling fine no noise when we were there. I ran test 3 and found damper door is loud but the customer said is louder than that. I cant find any other issue with the unit other that the damper. Compressor is quite, fans are quite not overfrosting and the unit is cooling. I told customer that i can hear the damper is louder so im going to replve the control and see if they hear anymore noises. Ordering control damper and silicone to be applied on the dampers door around the edges. Call customer when part is available.; ordrng 1 WPW10479155 (control) and 1 WP99003172 (silicone l)"

cx complaint wet clothes at the end of cycle has to run extra drain and spin. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f5e2. cleared code and checked drain pump and had a couple things inside but not sure if it would make it drain slow. put pump filter back on and ran test 12 and cycle went through fine spins good and smooth. ran quick wash and found spin is speed is off and wont save changes. reset control through service mode and now cycles are saving with spin speed on. went over use and care on the setting since cx didnt know about spin speed and now does. unit is good to go

"Cx complaint is that the unit will not drain, spin or start a cycle. Upon arrival I found an F9E1. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit began to fill and then when entering the drain portion it did not progress or attempt to drain. I tipped the unit back and found that the lower harness has fail on at the junction for the drain pump. I then tested the drain pump and found it to read 20.4 Ohms. I was able to access and replace the harness. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete"

"Confirmed cx complaint unit not dispensing water. Inspected unit, found pantry UI turning off/back on intermittently. Pantry UI water exposure has caused dc voltage shorts with the other boards. Unplugged pantry UI, power cycled unit. Dispenser functionality not returned. Other boards have been damaged by pantry UI. Quoted cx for replacement controls and UI. Advised Cx to leave pantry UI unplugged/not worry about repairing it as it may result in issue reoccuring down the line.
