"arrived and i heard noise its the freon expanding going through cap tube. took freezer apart and found no noise reduction tape on the cap tube snapped pic also return line is rubbing fan bracket. grabbed some from v/s and installed i on line then installed new tracks and turned fridge on and started going through defrost. waited for fridge to turn on compressor started running and we have no noise and cx agrees he said new compressor sounds louder than old one but if this the only noise he is fine with it. no s.s. work performed. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S), used 1 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S) from stock"

cx complaint is poor cooling in the RC and ice build up under the drawers. confirmed complaint. unit has frost build up on RC evap cover. unit is set to recomended. prob shows 55/-1. i found RC evap fan is not running. found glass inside the fan keeping it from running. cx said unit was delivered with a broken shelf and they got as much glass out as they could. i found drain tube clogged with glass as well. cleared all ice and glass. replaced evap cover with preIDed part. cx said they are also having water dispensor issues. tested dispensor. it is working. advised issue may have been due to ice around the filterhead. unit is working as designed.
