"cx says the unit is noit working with the oven, the light never goes out on the oven and the cooktop will randomly ignite other burners. the light is not going out in the oven when the door is closed or the light switch is activated. the control is locked. the door switch is not showing closed in diagnostics with the door closed. the unit is starting a bake and broil cycle but is not heating. p1-5 to p1-7 is open with the door closed or open. the cooktop will not ignite the other burners when i have been testing it. cx says they will walk away from the stove and when they come back the cooktop has other burners going when the valves are off but it takes 20-30 minutes the unit needs the door switch and valves. front left valve nla. cx does nto wish to proceed; ordrng 1 WP9760889 (latch(213.91)) and 2 WP4456816 (valve-brnr(176.72))s and 1 WP4456817 (valve-brnr(176.60))"

Unfortunately, the inlet tube now drips at the connection point to valve regulator. Ordering 2 water tube (unsure which is the inlet tube) and reordering inlet valve just in case due to original valve regulator connection point came apart while removing inlet tube. We may not need inlet valve. I had to go into crawlspace to disconnect drain line to get unit out. Very clean crawlspace and is easy to get to. Water valve for house is behind unit. "Upon arrival, contacted WP safety and got CX visit covered with auth. CX complaint was unit would trip breaker randomly when running on high temp. ran 15 min test cycle and couldnt confirm issue. Checked and confirmed 239v comming into unit. confirmed Thermal fuse good, Exhaust thermistor reading 9k (in range) operating thermostat good. and Element not grounding to anything and reading good.ran unit and confirmed amp draw. noticed Unit had odd wiring and contacted WP TL to confirm. TL confirmed my suspicion. unit had 4 wire connection but was wired at term block as a 3 wire. moved ground from center prong and swapped with white from unit so 2 whites on center block for nuetral. tested unit, everything working good. TL suggested weak breaker. I confirmed unit ext."
