Cx says the unit is still having wild temp swings. Not a full frost pattern on the evaporator. Pressurized the unit to 140psi with nitrogen and found a very small leak at the condenser to cabinet connection. Resealed the unit and replaced the filter. Vacuumed the system down. Filled to weight and checked for leaks. The unit is now cooling good. And frosting the entire evaporator ; used 1 W10143759 ( Filter(jsvs)) from stock

rpelaced the evap heater then fixed compressor line and heat line through drain pan replaced the drier again tried flushing the old drier was dripping oil that was watery. i then vacumed system down and went down this time and held it so filled to 68 grams unit started working then went into vac snapped pic of guages. i then unplugged and pressure equalized to 20. i then removed high side of drier and my hand turned brown black from the system being contaminated. so called techline spoke to bruce told him what happened and unit cant be fixed too contanimated. left cx with file number send pics to techline

cx has a few issues with unit as well as a few videos of noises and dancing around and noises. no codes in unit. ran DLMS cycle and unit started clicking and not moving at first. then ran factory calibration then auto test. unit went through cycles empty and maybe a slight sound or click here and there. when shifting shifter is very loud. started a quickwas and let that run. then put a load in. unit does not get enough water and when shifting seems like. did again on deep wash and unit did shift a bit better. drum had slight bounce. no il or water under unit at time. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W11396716 (Suspension) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate)

came out to install parts. cx was going over unit and issues. took temps reading and checked unit over first. freezer is 16 37 in fridge and 25 through ice maker. need another logger for unit as well as parts. units making ice more at nght then durng the day as unit can hold better temps when closed. set temps down in freezer and up some in fridge until we return with parts needed. plus when rescheduled we will need to schedule out there 1 week for pickup of loggers as well as next week is full. went over unit with cx and hes happy unit might get fixed for the last time.as soon as all parts are in office will schedule. cx asked to be on cancelation list as well as a seal system tech back as these issues happened after all that work was done.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (IM Evap Fan) and 1 W11578030 (Evap Fan) and 1 DataLogger (DataLogger)

"before installing parts i checked for codes and found F6E3, F0E5. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit made multiple attempts to spin but kept coming to a stop and making a clicking noise. replced control but it made no changes. inspected under unit and found slider is broken. replaced with VS part and tested. unit is now spinning properly but i also making a tapping noise that gets faster as basket speeds up. no signs of binding on any componants under unit. noise is present when turning basket by hand. removed basket and turned shaft on gearcase. noise is still present. must be an issue in the gearcase. suspension also feels soft and rotor is a little worn from the broken slider. ordering gearcase, rotor, and suspenions for return visit.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider VS SB) and 1 W11400156 (suspension kit) and 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10915701 (rotor)"

"cx complaint is the oven not heating. cx said it starts to get warm then it stops heating completly. i started a bake cycle in the oven. ignnitor started glowing and flames turned on and looked good. -3 min later the ignitor went out and flames turned off. a few minutes later ignitor started glowing again and flames came back on. no error appeared when running that cycle. i found temp prob reading correct temp when checked at the sensor, same reading at the board. found thermal damage to board at a resister labeled D13. i called techline, they had me ohm out the gas valve from the board. got a reading of 60-70ohms, in spec is 216ohms. unit needs a new valve. part is no longer available. techline said they may need control baord as well. explained to cx unit can not be fixed."
