Control is getting 120 and is sending 12.6 DC to the UI after reseating the UI the unit did is not lighting up and it was accepting comands. I was able to run the test and found error codes. "Cx complaint is unit leaking water onto floor. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found the drip tray to be defective causing water to pool under the pantry drawers and then overflow onto the floor. Also found the pantry harness to be defective not allowing the pantry UI to come on and function. Water was also leaking from the bottom of the Left RC door out of the drain hole. This was caused by the ice chute getting stuck just before closing and allowing warm air to melt the ice. The melted ice ran down the auger motor shaft and filled the inside of the door with water. Ordering ice chute, drip tray kit, and pantry harness to resolve all issues. Cx paid for parts and SC. Cx owes 250 labor on return. 2CT ON RETURN; ordrng 1 W11572058 (dispenser) and 1 W11457241 (drip tray) and 1 W11170612 (harns-wire)"

"CX complains unit is not heating from center burner as it should. Found unit had wrong orface in outter burner assembly. was able to replace with correct orface. Burner now lights and flames look as they should. CX also complains unit downdraft takes 2 button presses and doesnt seem like its moving enough air. Verified unit is moving air its designed to move, unit does take 2 button pushes to move. Found you need to press button for 2 seconds to get motor to take over, which unit is doing. CX still has concerns about if unit downdraft should pull more air flow. Called techline and spoke to Chris who said unit was working as designed. Unit is now working as designed, no further work needed."
