"CX complaint: door switch not working. Tested and verified complaint. Door switches were not turning lights on and UI showing open door. Twice whil working on unit i did get functioning door switches. Both times it was while i had left RC door switch out. Once placed back in it stopped working and i was careful not to unplug switch as placing it back in. At this point i cannot rule out the posabilty that this may be a wiring problem. Ordering other RC swicth, FC switch, control and UI. Upon return visit try replacing control board first, then test. At this point, if still not working, call TL. UI and RC and FC door switches could come into play but not necesarily. I want all possible parts on hand, unit might be unrepairable. I folund the unit to be opperating as designed. Thge Icemaker is producing good ice as well as the auger motor is dispensing cubed and curshed ice . I found no concerns with the auger motor and temps in the unit are at 38 in the RC and 1 in the FC temps taken with thermacoupling). Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher will not Drain Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes of F9E1 = Products not Draining. Checked the Drain Pump by hitting the Cancel button. Drain Pump activated. I then checked the Drain Hose by disconnecting the Garbage Disposal. Garbage Disposal is backed up with food. Dishwasher will not Drain because of this. ( Please see Sd Pictures. ) Cx will need a plumber to resolve the plumbing issue. Ran a service Test on the unit. Unit is Draining Water into my 5 gallon bucket. Showed the cx this as well. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx that the unit is not a garbage disposal to Rinse all food into the sink. Even had the cx sign on the tyc card stating this.

Cx complaint unit making noise. Verified proof of purchase and cx provided a video showing noise. Ran 56 E3 57 went through no issues.45 filled. 3 and 36 all fans and dampers work with no noise. Ran test 5 and found the noise is compressor running at max speed. Ordering thermal mastic to be placed on lines and compressor to help quiet down. Found unit to have a failed element that arced to both the bottom of the cabinet, as well as the drip cover. Also found unit shorted the control and harness. "Customer complaint is that the unit has 1 LED out, the pantry UI is out, the ice maker has stopped making ice, and one of the freezer drawer fronts is cracked. Cracked drawer is not covered by the contract, cosmetic issue. Unit needs a new LED for the top back left. Also found that the gasket for the right side door is tearing apart, ordering gasket. Found broken wires in the pantry UI harness, no visible damage to the pantry UI. Ordering harness and ordering UI in case the harness break took out the UI. Test 56 showed E2(Motor Lost Position). Ordering ice maker.; ordrng 1 W10843339 (module) and 1 W10873946 (gasket-fip) and 1 W10512203 (harns-wire) and 1 W10769076 (pantry UI) and 1 W11232541 (icemaker)"
