"cx complaint squealing or squeaking sound - dryer - during the whole cycle checked unit and found compressor not running , disassembled and found heavy amount of mice poop inside of unit and behind unit . found control not sending proper power to evap fan also found power not going to compressor . also can see where mice ate threw bottom of unit and most likely inside of unit still . advised cx they will need to contact a pest control . found ate up connetions going to evap motor along with mice poop along top of evap ."

CX complaint is unit would not start up sometimes and wouldnt dry clothes. Inspected/tested and found 120/120/240 at terminal block. lights on inside and unit powered up right away. Turned on and off about 10 times and no issues. While inspecteing inside of drum I found both moisture sensors defective. Ordering 2 sensors and moisture harness. Venting has no clamps to hold vent on and no cover over terminal block for safety. RAC install issue for last two. Cannot reschedule due to part availability. Upon arrival temps were 57in RC and 4 in FC. Inspected both evaps and in back of unit for any leaks and found nothing. Checked pressures and RC was at 15 and HS was 105 then the gauge started fluttering. Called MA and went through pressure. Switched to FC and pressures immeadiately equalized to 52psi on both sides. Spoke to Brandon at WPTL (SR#7736484008). He had me verify both fans were running in test 3 step 4 and checked thermistors from control and both were in range. Brandon wants 3way valve and drier replaced. This will be a 2ct SS job; ordrng 1 W11580434 (3way valve) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer)

"CX complaint was that the unti would not make ice. I found that when jumping the motor head from T-H the icemaker motor would stall at the 8 O'Clock position. When jumping the V-L the valve would open and water would fill the icemaker. I accessed and replaced the Im and foun d that when jumping T-H again , the icemaker would compete a harvest and return to the home position and called for water. Unit test good. cx complaint unit will walk during spin cycle and move the entire washer and base as much as a couple feet from where it is installed. inspected unit and found no shipping bolts present in drum. drum does move freely by hand and suspension is fastened everywhere on unit. checked and found no damage to any of the couner weights. checked diag and found only saved code f0e1 (load detected during clean washer cycle). ran auto test cycle in diag step 12. unit completed cycle with no issues. high speed spin accomplished and unit did not walk from its position. contacted Techline and found that the unit is operating as designed and the out of balance issues are influence strictly by the cx loading procedures. sr7736925285
