"Cx complaint is unit not starting. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Found the unit had a stuck button error code, went through all functions of the washer and all passed. Cx was starting the cycle and then pausing it after it locked the lid because they thought the cycle wasnt started during that 5 second pause. "cx complaint is the sides and back of the unit being very hot when the oven is in use. i found no saved codes. temp prob reads correctly at room temp. ran bake cyle at 350. got an average temp of 358. hottest temp i saw with my infared temp gun was 113 on the side of the unit. i called techline to document, they had me check that the insulation was pulled all the way forward on the oven, it was. advised unit is working as designed.
