cx complaint tht unit gets a f2e2 error code andd will just show up and stop working at times. when arrived i was able to power on unit and run the calibration test and ran through successfully and then tried a auto test and when doing so went through as well no issues. instructed cx they are oow they swear they had purachased extended wrrnty i let her know she might have but when this ticket was vreated it was not dispacthed as so and will need to call correct numbers to get set up correctly. she said she would and not wanting any further testing done after the few mins running claoibration.. moved on and instructed to steps for her to follow.

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling. I then checked the the Evaporator to the unit. Evaporator is frozen over. Checked the Thermistor at the the Main Control Board. Removed the P5 connector, from white to grey I'm getting 6.64 K Ohms. I then checked the Red to Brown. I'm getting 13.19 K Ohms. ( Cx states that they lost power about 2 months ago.) Unit will need the Drain Pan Kit = WPW10537710 & User Interface with main Control Board = W10878993. Cx doesn't want to pay for the parts. Cx states it cost to much and they will buy another refrigerator. If the cx calls back order both of those parts. Don't go without parts."

THE ICE MAKER REQUIRED 2 - 3 DAYS TO FILL THE ICE BIN CONTAINER.'. inserted thermal coupler and found fc at -6 degrees in fc. cx notes hearing icemaker every 3-4 hours. while on hold with Techline, unit did cycle and bail fully formed ice into bin. Techline did not reccomend any replacement parts at this time as sankyo twist tray is a stand alone unit. Techline instructed cx to empty bin and allow 3 days of NO USE for ice bin to fill up. if ice levels are not a full bin then to contact back and contact techline again"

Cx complaint is that the unit stopped working and had an odor of burning. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I found that the oven is still functioning as intended. I then removed the cooktop and found that the fuse has blown in the rear of the module. I found that the LH cooling fan has failed an caused the module to heat up and fail. I contacted TL and safety and documented my findings. I qutoed the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to access and replace the module. I then tested the unit and found that it was able to boil a kettle of water in less than 3 minutes. Job complete.

"cx complaint unit not producing enough ice. inspected unit and found bin to be nearly full as of today. cx demonstrated that they would like to be able to fill a large tea pitcher full of ice and still be able to use icemaker thru ought the day, DAILY. informed cx that is very aggressive usage at a 24 hour rate and unit is only designed to produce 147-252 cubes (or about one bin) per 24 hours. ran diagnostic entry. ran following Tests and their respective results: test 01- 35 degrees, test 02- -4 degrees, test 14-7 degrees, test 16- 29 degrees (after having ice bin area open a few minutes), test 26- 66 degrees (likely from opening ice bin door), test 31- 14 degrees (within spec), test 36- negative11 degrees. after testing unit harvested successfully. operating as designed."

Cx complaint is that the unit is shutting off before the cycle is completed. Upon arrival i found no error codes. I also started a drain and spin and ofund that the unit started and ran that with no issues. I then had the cx throw a load of laundry and and ran the quick wash cycle and found that the unit was able to complete the cycle as intended. I was unable to replicate any issues. Cx will gather as many details as possible if the unit has the issue again. I collected for the service call. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning clothes out at the end of cycles. Upon arrival I found that there was an F7E5 error code. I then ran the diag test and found that the agitator is staying engaged and the spin basket is not engaging. I found that the shifter was not moving the splutch arm and was just clicking. I accessed the shifter and splutch and found that the splutch also has excessive play in it and is jamming up. I was able to replace the shifter with the pre Id'd one and the splutch with one from van stock .I then found that the unit is functioning as intended.
