"cx complaint unit left door locked and giving suds and f9e1 error again. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit eventually drained and unlocked door. found water draining slowly. found a bunch of items in drain filter pic saved. there was a piece of packaging tape laying flat in bottom of filter with a bunch of lint and hair ties and couple of coins on top of the tape. cleaned out drain filter. tested unit, working properly at this time. cx not happy because unit was having issues from beginning. advised cx they need to make sure they empty their pockets. if cx calls back, pried control, pressure switch and drain pump. can go without preid parts since unit will need 2nd tech to unstack dryer to access parts anyway."

"installed parts and tested unit. unit continued the sound described by cx. was able to replicate issue by opening the microwave door and turn the turntable by hand. the soudn does indeed come from the rolling of the plate on the turn table ring, however the noise seems to be generally unavoidable. with the turn table motor and the turn table ring having been replaced already, contacted techline to review. per techline unit is operating as designed."

"cx complaint unit making loud vibrating noise while running, inspected unit and verified complaint. unit quiet upon arrival but i know the noise cx is talking about, usually condensor vibrating against base. played with level a little and noise started. used a foam sleeve from v/s to put under condensor and in between cardboard base and rails at front of unit and noise stopped. waited 5min and walked all around unit and opened closed doors to try and get noise to come back, still quiet. unit is now working properly. if cx calls back, send tech with x2 foam sleeves(2162499) to put under condensor at back of unit.; ordrng 1 2162499 (foam sleeve(AD v/s)), used 1 2162499 (SLEEVE(AD v/s)) from stock"

cx complaint is poor cooling in the FC and IM not working. when i arrived FC door was stuck open on the right side. unit is set to coldest settings in both sections. prob shows 36/30. i found very little frost on evap. compressor is pulling .6amps. unit has a SS issue. ordering compressor and evap. i found a screw had backed out of the FC rails causing the left side to be stuck open. once tightened the rails work properly. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11625643 (evaportor) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504450 (coupler) and 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11504432 (coupler) and 1 W11506619 (coupler) and 1 W11506638 (coupler) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube)

"cx complaint unit tripping breaker. tenant said it only trips when running dryer on delicate with kitchen lights on. trips breaker thats in the laundry room for all the apartments in building. tested unit on delicate cycle and it ran and started heating without tripping. advised cx that if unit was the problem, then it would trip as soon as its plugged in or as soon as i press start. advised cx to call maintenance back and have them correct power supply. advised unit needs to be on its own dedicated circuit and no GFCI/AFCI breakers or outlets. unit is working properly at this time"

"replaced inner and outer door and screws. hinges were a little bent but i was able to straighten them out. tested unit. door is now closing good but when testing unit the lights would come on and fan would stop running for a second then keep running again. can hear relays on control clicking on and off. if i pull on door while lights are on, i can hear the door switch clicking open. has same issue if i hold door switch closed by hand. if i open close door while lights are on then they go out and unit starts running again. seems door switch is opening internally or control problem. ordering door latch and control. also ordering hinges in case needed. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11568941 (door hinge left(REORDER)) and 1 W11568813 (door hinge right(REORDER)) and 1 W11029221 (door latch(REORDER)) and 1 W11333314 (control)"
