"Arrived to cx home and cx stated the temps have been up and down in both sections .. found unit at -18in vac and 70psi.. equalized to 5/5 psi.. cleared ice ball on evap and pressurized the unit w/ 140psi .. used bubbles to find leak , no sign of leak .. contatcted wpl techline before i checked w/ bubbles and told them all thats happened . tech said if no bubbles found when preswsurizing unit, potentail leak in cabinet .. i checked and couldnt find any and called back.. other tech stated to replace shratters and refill unit .. i installed new shratters and deep vac system and refilled . got low side to -4in vac / 70psi.

"the freezer was at 19f and the refrigerator was at 37f when i arrived. hooked up guages and ran test 4 at step 1 pressures equilized to 30 psi in the system. step 4 low side pressure was 5psi and high side pressure was 155psi. step 5 low side pressure is -10psi and high side pressure is 155psi. checked for leaks with the blacklight on both evaporators and around the compressor. replaced the compressor and vacuummed the system down. unit held pressure for 10 minutes. filled to weight and checked for leaks. ran test 4 and the refrigerator evaporator is fully frosting over. the unit is cooling good. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 W10913906 (coupler(js vs)), used 1 w10913906 (coupler(js vs)) from stock"

cx complaint unit has frost build up on back wall. cx turned unit off. I found timer is working when turned on. I found no movement from timer otherwise. I found bimetal is showing open but unit is no longer cold. I turned defrost sensor on and found 124.5vac to element. I am unable to know for sure if bimetal is faulty or not. I qouted cx for both timer and bimetal and cx accepted. I replaced timer and cx paid in full. please call cx once part is in to set up a return visit; ordrng 1 WP181801-001 (bimetal)

"cx complaint unit is very loud and clothes are getting stuck in lint trap. I found blower wheel was faulty and the vibration allowed screws from the lint trap housing to loosen. I was able to replace the blower wheel and tighten screws. I also found drive belt was fraying. replace belt with van stock. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 661570V (belt (FG VS)), used 1 661570V (BELT) from stock"

"Per previous diag I was, with the assistance of FG able to access and replace the inverter. We then tested the unit and found that the issue persisted. We then removed the Mag and found that the one we received has smaller mounting holes. The previous mag has larger mounting holes and screws. We are reordering the mag and screws.
