"Installed separator, tested unit, unit sealing as good as it can but based on temps/season some condensation is likely to continue. There is buildup on the mullion strip between compartments and some condensation is forming where the air is exchanging between the gap in the separator. Gap is intrinsic to separator design, installed new one and gap remains. Cx only has unit half loaded which is causing it to run more which will increase humidity issues. Advised cx on unit function, seasonal issues with humidity, advised her to load unit fully as well."

I then started the dishwasher and found that the water was warm entering after priming the line. I explained to the cx that the long run from the heater to the kitchen is going cause them the have this issue. Cx is contacting a plumber to seek a solution to the issue. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud grinding type noise when agitating. Upon arrival I verified the noise. i removed the bottom cover and found that the nut on the splutch was tight. I removed the splutch and inspected it and could see that the teeth were showing signs of rubbing against each other. i then found that the inner shaft of the gear case has excessive play up and down. I was able to move the inner shaft. I am ordering the gear case and will use the belt and splutch on return visit.; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gear case)
