"cx complaint is the unit not spinning. cx said it stayed on spin for an hour but basket didnt move. when i arrived unit had a soaking wet load of towels in it. unit was set on bulky, fast spin speed. i checked for codes and found none saved. ran a service cycle. unit spun but had a lot of chattering at the beginning and stopped once before spinning up. i inspected under unit. nothing out of place. no signs of wear or damage. i called techline. they had me load wet towels into the unit and run drain and spin. unit completed cycle with no issues. they advised i calibrate the unit. ordering lower harness, stator and clutch.. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (lower harness) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch)"

"cx complaint unit was filling nonstop on rinse. inspected unit and verified complaint. seems it eventually timed out and pumped water out. unit unplugged upon arrival. plugged unit in and it went into pump out mode running drain pump. pressed cancel and it stopped. cx is using correct amount of detergent but has never run clean washer cycle. no errors stored, test cycle completes properly. advised cx to try running clean washer cycle with affresh and if that doesnt work then control will need replaced. quoted 480.47 for replacing control. cx paid 120 service call with check and will call back if clean washer cycle doesnt work. if cx calls back send tech with control(W11170319) and she will owe 360.47. advised cx service call is covered for 30days.;"
