Replaced compresor and installed UV drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen. Vac'd down to 30in for 10mins. Allowed pressures to equalize and then filled with 68g of R600. Had to bum up to 75g to get LS pressure under 12vac. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete

"Cx complaint unit not cleaning. Was able to access unit and found F7E5. Ohmed out shifter and found OL. Replaced with pre-id and attempted calibration but no movement. Ran auto test and same. Checked codes again and had F7E6 motor fault. Ohmed and had 5.6 and 5.5 ohms. Ordering control, capacitor and motor for return and once in office will need to set return collected for service and labor parts are covered; ordrng 1 W11368855 (control) and 1 W11222082 (motor) and 1 W11227944 (capacitor)"

"cx complaint is the unit overheating. cx says when running mutiple loads it will stop running and make a clicking noise. she has to wait for unit to cool then run the next load. i checked for codes and found none saved. air flow meter shows poor flow for all dryers (red light). temp prob shows 213 degrees inside the drum. shortened the duct in the rear of unit so its not so folded up. checked temps at rear of unit. goes up to 157, down to 121. called techline to document. they advised unit is working fine. duct needs to be cleaned. i advised cx to have duct cleaned ASAP. unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint washer didn't drain, made a noise, water leak and started by itself.Found the basket with a load of wet blankets. Ran test mode, no errors. Ran a drain and spin cycle, the cycle started ok but the water overflowed all from the standpipe. Unable to ran a test or cycle, no sink in the loundry room. Possible out of balance from the load. Cx will call a plumber to unclogg the standpipe and then she calls back if the unit is not working."
