"cx complaint unit takes at least 20min longer than usual to cook food. originally unit kept blowing thermal fuse and another company replaced thermal fuse multiple times before they realized one of the cooling fans wasnt running. they replaced the cooling fan and unit hasnt blown thermal fuse since but cooking performance hasnt been the same since. no errors stored. all 3 elements in both ovens are heating in test mode. both cooling fans are running good on hi and low speeds. unit finished preheating but is 30* lower than set temp. controls must have gotten damaged one of the times the thermal fuse blew. ordering both controls, console and temp sensors. unit is very close to a built-in fridge so need 2nd tech to help pull unit out. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11179310 (control) and 1 W10801665 (control) and 1 W11086141 (control panel) and 2 W10859573 (temp sensor)s"

"CX complaint: LEDs intermitantly start flashing. Tested and verified complaint. When it wasnt happening i was able to dupliate by repeatedly pressing door switch. When i was pulling out RC top LED, lights stopped flickering untill i tapped door switch a couple times. Quoted CX price to replace the top RC LED WPW10515058. Saved quote. The cx says the unit is taking 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. Usually they feel steamed but rarely the unit works correctly on a cycle. Started a timed dry cycle and the unit is spinning blowing and heating good. Installed the vent test kit and tag is pulled from the hanger immediately. Unit is getting 120/240/120vac.
