Customer complaint unit is not dispensing water strong and is very low pressure even with a new filter. I tested the unit and found the unit is not getting enough water. The unit has a T valve and i tried adjusting and it got a little better but still nothing. When the unit first let water though it has pressure but after the initial push the water goes low. I removed the water line the water pressure is low is just slightly more that what is getting dispensed. ANd the line id free. THe unit is fine the custoemr needs new valve in the house. CX said he will replace and call back if they still having issues. Collected 120. Unit is back to normal operations.

No blinking led on control. Control that was sent was a open box. Tried that and still no operation . Measured drain pump at drain pump and getting 19.8 ohms . Measured drain pump through harness at control and getting 19.8 ohms. Reinstalled old control since control and console need to be synched . Ordering lid lock , control and console . Removed filter, placed bypass cap inside and moved unit from of wall and water had strong flow. When filter is in housing water dispenses slow and stops. Instructed cx to replace filter and if water flow remains slow to call back and possibly replace filter housing. Cx will keep bypass cap on so water flows steady. Unit runs as designed"
