"Cx complained the unit would not drain at times. Inspected the unit and found 2 error codes, 9.1 and 10.2 for vent problem. At the drain, there is no debris and the pump has 28ohms, in range. At the vent, there is 982ohms, which is in range. Cx says when she opens the door, its brutally hot but when it cools down, the unit could drain. Informed cx to not run the water at the sink prior in case her water is too hot and effecting the drain pump. Ran diagnostics and the unit completed the cycle, draining and all. Job complete"

"cx complaint the unit is getting hot while running and that the door seal is torn. checked the unit and found a defective seal that is not allowing the door to seal all the way. therfore, the unit needs a new door seal. as for the oven getting hot. the oven has a vent located under neath the control panel. heat rises therfore, the panel may get warm during operation. also the door gets warm but not so hot that it will burn anyone. where the switches are the oven door is right underneath of it. therefore, the vents on the door will allow warm air out and then the warm air rises. unit is running a designed just needs a new seal. cx is not happy with the unit and i would reffer them to customer service at this time. cx agreed.; ordrng 1 WPW10535778 (oven door seal)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival i found that the coolingi was turned off. i turned the cooling on at the control. I verified that the evap fan came on. i removed the rear cover and found that the compressor was not running. I found that it has 120 v coming into it. I then removed the inverter box and tested the resistence and found that all 3 variations were reading 16.1-16.4 Ohms. I spoke with JL and verified my findings. I am ordering the sealed system repair with comp,evap and drier. ( Asked the cx how much soap are they using. Cx is using 2 cups of soap. I advised the cx this is way too much soap. I advised the cx that they should only use up to the number 2 on the Cap. Cx should not exceed this amount. ) Cx is also using Quick Wash for everything because they are saying the cycle times are to long. I advised to the cx that Quick Wash is only made for two items only. I advised the cx to read Use and Care. Cx states they don't have a book. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is freezing Food. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 1 - Rc Thermistor Test is reading 22 degrees . Service Test 2 - Fc Thermistor is reading -4 Degrees. Service Test 3 - Rc Evaporator Thermistor is reading 0 Degrees. Service Test 4 - First Fc Evaporator Thermistor is reading 0 Degrees. Service Test 28 - Avg Rc Temperature is 22 Degrees. Service Test - 29 Avg Fc Temperature is reading - 2 Degrees. I then. Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting 105 Psi on the high side & 1 Bar on the low side. There is a block of Ice on the suction piping at the cabinet. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Per Whirlpool Techline this is a run away Temperature issue. They are saying we need to replace the Sparsh & Gf2 Board together. Cx paid in full by Card. ; ordrng 1 W11262313 (PANEL-UI)

Cx complaint is that the unit in not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found that the unit had been unplugged but prior to that the unit had frost built up. I removed the evap cover and found that the unit began developing a frost pattern when plugged back in. I let the unit begin cooling and then tested the thermistor and found that the thermistor was reading 5.04 K Ohms when I tested it. The unit will need the defrost thermistor. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx is awaiting the POP to arrive in the mail. When that arrives the cx will send it to the service email.; saved tckt

cx complaint freezer never got cold enough and fridge side was not working. inspected unit and fridge is 50 freezer is 40. removed evap cover to find fan not plugged in and evap frozen over thermister in wrong spot no uv dye on evap. cleared ice put sensor in correct spot plugged fan and put fridge section back together. pulled unit out and hooked guages upo ran test 4 and we are low on freon no dye anywhere. checked quick pics and notice last techs pressures ar way low fridge pressure is between 10 and 20 and freezer is between 0 and 10 on guages. recoveree freon vacumed system down and refilled unit and we got good heat transfer and good pressures now. fridge side is already colder than when i arrived. unit is good to go
