"cx complaint unit still leaking small amount of water, about a TBSP on right side. cx said it didnt leak during the first cycle after previous visit but leaked on every cycle after 45min into cycle. doesnt leak on quickwash. no signs water is getting in drip tray. ran 3 test cycles with front panel removed and on 3rd cycle had 1 drop leak past bottom door seal by harness. bottom door seal is a wavy in a couple spots which ive seen plenty of times without unit leaking but the one by the harness is bigger than usual. also noticed streak coming from top door seal on right side. also noticed streak going around tub gasket that drifts towards out side the tub on both bottom corners. ordering inner door, door seals and returning with tub gasket. parts in stock, scheduled return for 8/18; ordrng 1 W11559689 (inner door) and 1 W11412696 (top door seal) and 1 W11664713 (bottom door seal.)"

I tested the unit and the unit at first was loud rattle noise. but then it started to go away. I cehck the filter housing and the housing is not sealing correctly and is not catching all the lint. The pulley is qutie but is starting to feel rough all four wheel are starting to get flat and the belt is starting to frey. Installed new filter housing to prevent lint from getting in the blower. the blower had so much lint it is starting to go out of round. Ordering Blower wheel and Dryer repair kit. "cx complaint is the unit powering on but not doing anything else. when cycle is started she hears a clicking noise and nothing else happens. i started a cycle, heard a buzzing noise but basket did not turn. lid locked but nothing else happened. found F7E9 locked rotor, F7E4 basket engagment failure, F7E8 drive module over temp, F0E3 overload. basket will not spin or agitate in diagnostics. inspected under unit and found the rotor laying in the drain pan. i put it back on and made sure bolt was tight. ran high speed spin. unit worked properly. ran service cycle and calibration cycle with no issues. unit is working as designed."

CX complai t is that the unti stoped mid cycle during a clean cycle. I found that the unit on arrivel had standing waster. I was able to manually vac the water out. I was able to enter diag and foun d a Long Drian error code. I then inspected under the unti and found no visable issues with the drain pump or harness. I was abel to remove the harness from the DP and found a reistanse reading of 19.6 OHMS athe the pump itself. I then accessed the control and messured resistanse of the DP at the J6 connecotr pins 3 & 6 and foun d a O.L. I was able to inspect the harness and found no borken wires. I called WP Tech Line and explained my findings. WP agrees to replace the Lower Harness (W11590868). WP TL call documented again on previouse. Please set return conce apporved.; ordrng 1 W11590868 (lower harness)

Ran test 56 E0 and 57 harvested. 45 icemaker filled. 15 optics passed. 36 icebox fan ran and was 8F in icebox. Reset power to unit and cx will monitor but quoted for icemaker just in case. No further work needed
