"Cx complaint is that the unit was making a loud noise in the back of the unit. Upon arrival I found that the cx had the unit unplugged for 3-4 days prior to visit. Unit has been plugged in for over 24 hours. I entered diag and found that the ice box fan is running loud. I also found that the defrost setting was on adc, I adjusted it to timer defrost. Upon arrival I found that the unit has no error codes. i then ran the diag test and found that the unit is able to complete the cycle without any issues. I had cx go thru their normal starting process. I found that the cx is only hitting the start once and the unit does not start the cycle. I explained the 2 step starting process for the unit. CX complaint was that the unit was hot/burning on the sides and the divider/ mulen heater. I was able to use a moving board and pulled unit out form the wall. I accessed the comoresser compartment and found that the condenser fan motor was not running. I was able to disconnect the harness and found the propper 120 V's to the fan motor with no movment. I unplugged the unit and replaced the fan motor . I then plugged the unit back in and found the condensor fan motor to start up and run. Unit test good.
