Customer complaint unit is not turning on the fan. I tested the unit and found the unit is not turning on the fan but the light is on. I open the switch to test power and fan is readung 10.2 ohms and is getting 120 from the switch. I reseated the connector and the fan turned on. I wiggle the wires and the fans is cutting on and off. I found the wire is coming off the switch and is loosing contac tto the switch. I adjusted so it will work on for them but the unit needs new switch. ORdering switch collected in full. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the unit isn't cooling.( Freezer is reading 11 Degrees & Refrigerator is at 38 Degrees. Checked the pressures to the unit. I'm getting 165 Psi on the high side 3 Bars on the Low. I then removed all Freon from the unit. Put 150 Psi of Nitrogen. Waited 20 mins. No change in Pressure. Checked all joints with soap bubble. No bubbles detected. I then removed all Nitrogen from the unit. Pulled a vacuum. Filled the unit with 5.0 Oz's of Freon. Pressures are 1 Bar on the low & 125 Psi on the High side. Checked the Evaporator. Unit has a good Frost Pattern. Unit is starting to Cool. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

CX had unit powered off on arrival, when cx powered unit on, unit no longer had error. Ran unit through diagnostic testing, after completing test, unit was full of suds. No detergent was used during testing cycle. It appears the rinse aid id dispensing too much and causing suds to occure. Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit is not cooling in the RC and the FC has frost on the evap cover. I defrosted the unit and found that the harness was routed in such a way that the connector for the heater had to much tension and the connector came apart. The harness was not damaged. I was able to reroute the harness to alleviate the tension. I was able to then secure the connectors. I entered diag and ran test 6 and verified that the heater is now activating. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the oven is not ignitng and the center burner is not fully igniting. Upon arrival I found that the bottom drawer has pans in it. i removed the pans and found that the oven is igniting perfectly. I then inspected the center burner and found that particles were in the spreader. I was able to clear the debris and the burner is fully igniting now. Unit is functionignas itnedned. Job complete

"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found that there is a code of E5 for bad ice maker thermistor. In step 36, the fan came on. In step 58, turned the ice maker heater on to eject any ice in step 59 and when the ice maker motor moved but there was no ice to eject. Step 45, the IMA filled and the temp in the freezer is 4 degrees (unit was in defrost). Unit needs new ice maker. Cx owes 110 labor; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)"
