infomred cx here top of unit will rub top shelf and could damage it got ok to get it out got unit out and checked new parts to find the 3 way valve assem is missing the solenoid and the new compressor is wrong way wrong is a panasonic that takes 134a. put unit back together left unplugged and reinstalled. cx also said trim is missing to cover the upper unit parts so looked it to find part diagram doesnt show one so told her unit does not have the trim cover. ordering correct parts for retrun 3 count job s.s. tech only and need a second tech due to being a built it; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier) and 1 w10913906 (coupler) and 1 W11557671 (compressor kit) and 1 W11647768 (3wayvalve assem) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid)

I found that the auger is not making contact with the ice as CX dispenses due to the low amount of ice in the bin. I shuffled the ice foward inorder for ice to make contact with the Icebin auger and iunit dispensed Ice.with out problem. I advised CX to allow ice bin to fill with more ice and then dispense ice. Unit test good.

"Arrived @ cx home, found the compressor that was shipped is damaged at discharge tube, was dropped and kinked line .. Used orion board in compressor kit , previous company replaced compressor but took orion board and didnt refill unit.. installed orion board, i flushed system w/ N2.. presurrized w/ 140psi of N2 .. low and high side read 140.. vac unit down and refilled.. compressor ran for a couple mins then cut off and on.. in test 38 @100 percent it read 45-50watts then cut off.. checked filter that previous company installed, doesnt appear to be uv drier .. can heat rkv valve activating .. unit needs compressor , condensor and 3way valve to redo the filter correctly . 3ct ss tech; ordrng 1 W11592010 (compressor) and 1 W11548259 (condensor) and 1 W11575001 (3way valve) and 1 3ct (3ct)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise when the is agitating. and gave an F7E1 error code. Upon arrival I found an F7E1, F7E6 and an F8E6. I then ran the diag test and verified the noise. I tipped the unit back and found that the nut has come loose on the splutch. I was able to replace the splutch and applied blue loctite to the shaft/nut. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not always igniting on the LF burner. Upon arrival I found that the orifice is free of any debris or buildup. I ignited the burner several times. I found that a few times the ignitior would be arcing but the gas was not igniting. I found that the burner head has some of the ridges that are worn and is not allowing the gas to mix properly every time. I quoted the cx for the cost of the parts.
