Cx complaint is that the front burners are not igniting properly. Upon arrival I found that the igniters are arcing but not always able to ignite the flame. I found that the LF igniter was loose in the burner head. I was able to access the igniter and secure it. I also removed some build up from around the igniters. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint unti started working for a couple hours then got warm again inside. inspected unit an both section room temp compressor runnig but sounds like something is loose in compressor. pressures are 28inch vacume and 5 on high side, opened system and had no freon in it. checked over unit with uv light and could not find any uv dye. filled unit with nitrogen and i could not find a leak. called techline spoke to joe infomred him whats going on and what i did and he said it sounds like we have a leak we cant fix. he said we could isolate the system and confirm but fridge is out of warrenty. when i removed nitrogen uv dye came out so i no thats working leak is in the box. infomred cx i cant fix fridge we have leak in the box and cx understands"

Zero out calibration value. & preheat Temp measurements started out ok but then the low & hi readings kept getting lower. Last lowest 320. And with 5hi &5low. avg = 339. Called techline. Per techline I was advised unit was working as designed! so I shouldnt have ordered any replacement parts. Yet oven has heating issues whether burning or the CX having to stop & start a cycle just so they can cook properly. "cx complaint unit was in a spin cycle and cycle was almost finished and the got super off balanced and then spin basket started hitting the sides of unit and top flew off and hit the cx. inspected unit and entered daig and found f0e5, f2e1, f5e2, f5e3. i found unit would not stay on. console would keep shutting off. I tried to run a manual spin but could not get to that point. unit keeps throwing code f5e2. spinning basket by hand it spins fine with no issues. I found cabinet got bent when units spin basket hit both sides. I found tub ring is faulty. unit would also need control, console, lid lock. called safety they are to reach out to cx to come up with a solution."

Water will not Drain. I then checked the Drain Tube. Drain Tube is clogged with Ice & Metal. Installed new Drain Tube. Tested the unit. Unit is draining properly. No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. ( Cx has Freezer Door Damage - Dent & Inner Liner is cracked at the left lower Screw. I advised the cx of these damages. Cx said they bought the unit like this at a discounted rate. )

I then asked the cx if they are using Rinse Aid. Cx isn't using Rinse Aid. I advised the cx that they will need to use Rinse Aid to Dry Dishes. I also advised the cx to use a normal wash not just a quick wash cycle. ( This is a use and Care Call I advised that they only get one of these calls.) Unit is working as Designed.

Inspected unit and found unit is leaking from the ice maker area. removed ice bin and found ice maker funnel was filled with ice. water being dispensed to IM was spilling over funnel and then running under ice bin. I was able to removed all ice and tested IM. I found IM found home postion and called for water. unit no longer leaks and should make ice no issue. unit checks good.

arrived to find no condensation build up in either sections. temps in both sections are correct and both door gasket are sealing. i didnt want to risk damaging the door when the gasket already looks perfect. explained to cx that the gasket is difficult to replace and doesnt seem to be needed. they also wanted to leave the unit as is beings its working fine. unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly in the FC. Upon arrival I found that the unit temp is around 13 degrees per my thermocoupler. I entered diag and tested the thermistors and found RC 39, FC 20, RC Evap 13, 1st FC evap 20, Pantry 32, Ice door 22 and 2nd FC 9. I also ran test 39 and found the the unit is draing 2.31 amps and 152 watts at full power. I called tl and informed them of my findings. Per their recommendation I removed the evap cover and found that the FC evap has no frost pattern. I am ordering the Sealed system with comp, evaps, condensor, drier and 3 way valve. Will need a 5 call count for the return due to the time for removing the doors and other componants to access the SS parts. I spoke with JL and FG to verifiy the diag.
