Cx complaint is that the unit will not start or run. Upon arrvial I found that the unit is getting the 240/120/120. I tehn removed the rear panel and checked the thermal fuse and found it to be reading OL. I also checked the tco and it is reading .5 Ohms. I then attempted to removed the harness from the operating thermostat and found that the thermostat has failed is separated from it's baseplate. I am ordering the thermal fuse and the operating thermostat. I was able to set the return visit for Friday 8/18 anytime.; ordrng 1 WP8318268 (Operating thermostat) and 1 WP3392519 (Thermal Fuse)

"cx complaint is poor cooling. cx has unit on coldest setting in both sections. cx said some days it cools fine, other days the fridge is warm. my prob shows 30 in RC, -8 in FC. evap is not iced up. evap fan is running. i found when compressor cycles on the compressor pulls about 8amps but doesnt run. cycles off after a minute or so. after several attempts the compressor came on and stayed on. amp draw dropped to .71. compressor is very hot. unit has a SS issue. ordering compressor and couplings. schedule with SS tech when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11504415 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (coupler) and 1 W11506619 (coupler)"
