Found unit unlevel and raised the front right leg to level. Also found the drain hose has extension to reach standpipe which causes the pump to stay on with water siphoning back in. Instructed cx to rotate unit so drain hose runs directly to standpipe and to raise the front legs to level. Recalibrated and ran test, unit completed test without any issues. Unit runs as designed"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator only lasted for 8 days after the compressor repair. ( Unit isn't plugged in. ) Plugged the Refrigerator in. Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting 100 Psi on the high side & 0 - -5 Psi on the Low Side. I then filled the unit with Nitrogen to 140 Psi. Checked all exposed joints. ( Please see Sd Pictures.) Rechecked gauges. Pressure is sitting at 132 Psi after 20 mins. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Per Whirlpool Techline based on the information that I gave this unit is under review. ( Advised the cx to allow 7-10 business days before contacting if the cx has received a call from whirlpool.)

CX complai t is that the nulain rail is still hot after last repair. I was able to take a surface temp of the rail and foun d it at 135 degrees. I was able to access teh compressor compartment and found that the compressor is extrmly hot to o the touch with a surface temp of 206. I called WP TL and explained my findings. I took a FC temp reading with a thermacoupling and found FC temps at 2 degrees when set at 0. WP tech line suggested to replace the compressor and drier filter. "opened system and seemed full of freon so replaced the compressor coupler used uv drier from v/s and had to braze evrything drier lines are not long enough for lockring tool. vacumed system down and filled to recomended and started building good pressure then compressor got loud and was building only -20 pressure on low side. hooked red uage back and turned fridge off and pressures equalized to 10 so called techline due to cx fridge now not working spoke with andrew and he said my you have a restriction in the system and said flush system. i then told him how compressor have been coming and top of this one is a, scatches and stubs on comrpessor bent. flushed system with nitorgen then vacumed unit back down and filled to recomended and this time unit is working; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) and 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), and 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S) from stock"

"cx complaint unit leaking and showing error code f8e4. entered diag and confirmed saved fault f8e4, fAe3, fAe2. cleared error codes and ran diag cycle and obseved under unit. found clear saturation stains on the left side of the insulation where the over flow ports and inlet valve is. however during testing the unit never leaked from either component. could not replicate leak durng test cycle. checked inside tub for any breaks/cracks in the corners and found none. wiht no signs of active leak it is possible the unit was simply overflowing due to improper loading procedure, but cannot confirm. for the sake of caution used wrench to confirm inlet valve is secure. unit now checks good."
