Did vent test and unit does not have good suction coming from vent. Removed vent ducting from rear of unit and retested, unit gained significant suction. Insereted thermal probe into exhaust, unit reaches 160*F and cycles down to 125*F thermal fuses all check good at 0.0 ohms, unit is recieving 240vac. Called techline to document spoke to Rick who agreed unit will need vent cleaned and inspected. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"cx complaint is the unit shutting off before clothes are dry. cx will start a cycle and 10min later unit stops running. i found no saved codes. ran a bulky cycle with nothing in unit. timed dropped a few min at a time which is normal. tested moisture sensor from the board. it worked when touching some spots. i cleaned the sensor and it now works when any part of sensor is touched. advised cx on how moisture sensor works and loading of unit. air flow meter shows poor air flow. advised cx have vent cleaned. unit is either working as designed or has a control issue. control is no longer availale. told cx this and he is going to have vent cleaned, try well sorted loads and if nothing else works he will use timed dry until he replaces unit. cx paid service call."

"cx complaint unit leaking and showing error code f8e4. entered diag and confirmed saved fault f8e4, fAe3, fAe2. cleared error codes and ran diag cycle and obseved under unit. found clear saturation stains on the left side of the insulation where the over flow ports and inlet valve is. however during testing the unit never leaked from either component. could not replicate leak durng test cycle. checked inside tub for any breaks/cracks in the corners and found none. wiht no signs of active leak it is possible the unit was simply overflowing due to improper loading procedure, but cannot confirm. for the sake of caution used wrench to confirm inlet valve is secure. unit now checks good."

"opened system and seemed full of freon so replaced the compressor coupler used uv drier from v/s and had to braze evrything drier lines are not long enough for lockring tool. vacumed system down and filled to recomended and started building good pressure then compressor got loud and was building only -20 pressure on low side. hooked red uage back and turned fridge off and pressures equalized to 10 so called techline due to cx fridge now not working spoke with andrew and he said my you have a restriction in the system and said flush system. i then told him how compressor have been coming and top of this one is a, scatches and stubs on comrpessor bent. flushed system with nitorgen then vacumed unit back down and filled to recomended and this time unit is working; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) and 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), and 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S) from stock"

replaced the compressor and could not braze on freon is blowing up when i did what i always do. used couplers vacaumed system down and 2 fittins are leaking due to not having enough tubing these are r600 no reason they should be coming from factory with shorter tubing when we are suppose to use a lockring tool. used all my strength and hammers got fittings off compressor was able to braze on this time vacumed system down and filled to recomended and compressor sounds good. used washer for freezer door and is sealing now. unit is good to go
