Odd note: CX said when he has 2 cups in unit it pops twice and 1 pop for 1 cup. When this happens unit heats much faster than normal. Called WPTL and went over findings. Ordering magnetron, transformer, capacitor and diode. On return visit, make sure to inspect interior for spark marks or anything else out of ordinary. 2 techs needed to pull unit down and remount. Ran a drain and spin cycle, the door locked the drum tumbled severalt times, and then ended the cycle without spinnning. Started a drain and spin cycle two more times and it worked ok. The door latch was already replaced last year, but, accorning to the cx, the problem was never solved. Quoted the repair $626.25 with $125 labor and $90 2nd tech for control board W11550649 and door latch W11565030 replacement. **2 TECH** per stacked unit. Cx needs more time to make a decision. "Unit is still vibrating from the condesnr undearneath, Lowes told the customer I have to deem it unrepairable to get the unit replaced. I obviously cannot do that and whirlpool will also not do that for a noise issue. I adjusted the cabinet again and used a rubber spacer on the condenser to keep it from vibrating. All check ok."

"removed straighters turned compresor on and confirm we have a clog, cut drier off dtill clog, cut condenser from cabinet and we have air coming out of the condenser we have a cabinet clog so called techline and he said i have to hook a process stub up and try to push clog out with nitrogen. hooked stub up and tried flushing with nitrogen and no luck its blocked so called again spoke to bruce, unit not fixable"

"i was near house called cx went to house asked if i could come finish shes home. i vacumed system down and filled unit with freon we ave good pressure and the presure equalize we dont have a clog so called techline spoke to brandon told him whats going on he said it sounds like clog is clear and to fill unit with nitrogen and wait 20 minutes to see if pressure dropped and if dont drop to refill with freon and to see what happens. i did that and pressues did not drop. so i decided to isolate system i seperated all lines had a traine here and cap tube did not loose pressure, suction line did not loose pressure,hotside through cabinet did not looose pressure so put back together installed another uv drier and vacumed unit down and filled to 5 oz and infomred cx to keep an eye on"

"cx complaint unit not producing ice. inspected and found unit powered off upon arrival. powered unti on and engaged cycle. unit filled, ran recirc cycle, and then drain and filled again. compressor did then activate as well as condenser fan (removed front cover to confirm). allowed unit to cycle to identify ice pattern thickness. unit developed a full sheet of ice and dropped it to the heater grid (took pics). with unit currently making ice, would NOT suggest replacement of any parts. collected only for service call."

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. When recovering unit, there was a good amount of refrigerant in system. Replaced compressor and pressure tested system. Pressure tested at 120.00 psi and checked entire compressor area and RC evap with bubbles. Found no leaks. Left 120psi on sytem for over 20 mins and pressure did not drop. Vacumed down and refilled with 4.50oz of 134A. Informed cx to give unit 24-48hrs to cool properly and reccomended putting drinks in the unit to give it something to cool. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."
