"Cx complaint is unit not cooling. Arrived at store and found unit plugged in. Unit had been plugged in for about 8hrs prior to visit. Cx advised unit had been keeping food frozen but ice cream was completely melted and food spoiling in RC. Temps on arrival (empty unit) were 52 in RC and 24 in the FC. Evap had what i consider heavy frost but only on the top two rows of the evap. Compressor was warm but not hot to the touch and condensor temps were almost identical incoming and oncoming on the condensor. Amp draw was 0.66amps. Unit appears to be low on refrigerant even though it was only plugged in for 8 hrs, the unit has indications of being low on charge. Ordering compressor, evap dye drier and coupler. Customer complaint unit stoppers keep falling off. I found the stopper off i tried to put it back together and one of the soppers stayed on and the other looked like it was on but as soos as i open the door it fell off. I found the rail is not grabing the stopper correctly and when the rack hits it it falls off because is not grabbing good. And then when i was closing the other side ffell. Both rails need to be replace with noe stoppers. Ordering middle track stoppers and rails. i was able to access unit and found RC door was damaged. FC door was good. I found doors dont see to be the issue. cx stated a pool of water was forming on top shelf. I found unit is very unlevel and is leaning forward. when unit is defrosting the water is over flowing the front of the drip pan and leaking down into air tower. I found after front feet were fully adjusted up the unit still wasnt level. unit needs shimmed in the front to correct issue. advised cx in what to do. it is a installation issue.;

CX complaint is that the unti is not washing the upper rack. I found that the unit had a F6E1 error code. I also fou d that the the upper spray arm had buildup blocking hols on the spray arm. I was able to clear holes and started a test cycle. I found at the end of the cycle the upper spray arm did not move. i was able to to verrify that the unit has good incoming water form the supply with a bucket. Unit will need 1 Sump & motor. I quoted CX for the cost of repair. CX informed me that she will buy new. I collected $139.00 for service charges via credit card.

I did find frozen meats such as chicken and sausage frozen in the FC. Unit is located in a uninsulated grage where temps are not correct for opptimal cooling.
