Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is not filling with enough water & is not rinsing the fabric softener out. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F8E1 = Long Fill. I then checked the Drain Hose. Drain Hose is siphoning water while unit is filling. Fixed the Drain Hose. Cleared error code. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit passed Service Test. No errors after running Service Test.I then ran a Normal Cycle. Unit is working as Designed.

cx complaint ice maker in rc not working. checked unit to find temps at 39.4 rc and -2 fc. found test 36 ice box fan working correctly. test 56 showed e0 for no error codes. ice bin showed a couple batches of ice. ran test 57 to find ice maker completed harvest ran test 45 to find fill working properly. fc ice maker working properly. water flow from front is equal to 8 oz in 8 seconds. water flow good. unable to replicate issue at this time. unit is working as designed advised cx to call us back if unit not working. emptied ice bin and took picture of bin. advised cx if ice maker does not have full bin from not using it with in 3 days to take picture of how much ice and to call us back. cx agreed. unit working as designed

"cx complaint is the unit not making ice. cx said it didnt make ice for a week so he called to make the appoitment then unit started making ice again. when i arrived bin was empty. unit is set to coldest setting in FC, 1 setting from coldest in RC. prob shows -11 in FC, 33 in RC. ran harvest cycle. IM completed cycle. ran fill test but no water flow. dispensor works. found frost build up under ice bin and ice blocking fill tube. cleared all ice. IM now fills. tray on IM is broken. a large chip is missig from the mold. ordering ice maker and ice chute assembly. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker) and 1 W11423781 (ice door assembly)"

"cx complaint is the unit shutting off before clothes are dry. cx will start a cycle and 10min later unit stops running. i found no saved codes. ran a bulky cycle with nothing in unit. timed dropped a few min at a time which is normal. tested moisture sensor from the board. it worked when touching some spots. i cleaned the sensor and it now works when any part of sensor is touched. advised cx on how moisture sensor works and loading of unit. air flow meter shows poor air flow. advised cx have vent cleaned. unit is either working as designed or has a control issue. control is no longer availale. told cx this and he is going to have vent cleaned, try well sorted loads and if nothing else works he will use timed dry until he replaces unit. cx paid service call."
