Error codes are F8E1 = Long Fill. I then checked the Drain Hose. Drain Hose is siphoning water while unit is filling. Fixed the Drain Hose. Cleared error code. Ran Service Test on the unit. Unit passed Service Test. No errors after running Service Test.I then ran a Normal Cycle. Unit is working as Designed.

Cx complaint lid wont lock. Was able to access unit and found f5e3 lid lock wont unlock f5e2 lid lock failure. Ran test 0 and found control sending voltage but lid lock clicks but doesnt latch. Found that the lid is warped so it isnt closing properly and if you put pressure on the lid unit will lock but due to issue causing lid lock to fail. Will need lid and lid lock for repair. Sensor reading 363 when temperature is above 390. Sensor is out of tolerance. Sensor replaced. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."
