"CX complaint: no cool in RC. Tested ands verified complaint. RC at 85 degrees and FC at 5. Evap fan not coming on. 0.5 mvolts when fan activated in diag and also same reading when it should not be on. Called WPTL . At control C2 black/yellow to C1 white we were getting 58 volts but per TL shoukld have been 7 volts. At main plug on evap harness we are only getting mvolts. Same if tested at fan plug. I made CX aware that i had a hesitation on this diagnosis in that i was getting different readings at control in back and at main evap harness plug. Both were incorrect but shopuld have been the same as each other, Quoted CX price to replace control cWPW10317076. Saved quote. CX paid 120.00 for service by CC. I had to call office to have payment processed. Job is complete."

Unplugged unit and found blade missing on fan. Suggested to CX to replaced blade, motor and shroud. Temporaily secured motor to return line of compressor so that it wouldnt rattle. Quoted CX $517.21 ofr total cost of repair. She wants to call maytag to see if they will help her since this was a prior issue. She paid the $120 SC charge by CC and will make her decision after talking to them. CX balance is $397.21 if she continues with repair. Closing ticket. Saved quote"

"CX complaint is that the unit is still giving a F9E1 error code. I found a F9E1 & F8E6 error stored. I cleared codes and ran a manuel test on the fill & drian, 2 auto test & 2 Recals. I found the unit tobe opperating as designed. I called WP Tech Line to discuss my findings. Unit is belived to be having a suds issue possible caused by consintrated detergaint being used / not messured triggering drain code. CX is advised to run 3 clean cycles with affresh back to back . then use 1-2 table spoons of detergaint due to consintrat and watrer shoftner system. Monatior unit after and report back if issues continue. No parts to be replaced at this time per TL.;"

Checked the J10 on the Main Control Board. J10 is fully plugged in. Ohmed out pins 1 & 2 . I'm getting Open Line. Pins 2 & 3 = 17.2 Ohms. Pins 3 & 1 = Open Line. F4E0 = Heater Element Not Detected. I then checked the J15 Connector. J15 is fully plugged in. Ohmed out the J 15 connection. I'm getting 16.4 Ohms. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud grinding noise when the unit is at the end of the cycles. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then manually ran the spin and found that the rotor/slider are not connecting properly. I tipped the unit back and found that the bolt was loose in the rotor. I removed the rotor and inspected the slider as well. I then rescured the rotor and tested the unit. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete. I collected the service charge.
