Found the drain pump had fragmented with wires out of connection. The mullex was connected to pump and wires were torn out. Ordering harness and will use pump on return. "Customer complaint is that the unit never worked, was just recently installed. Unit tested and it fills and drains, but does not run the wash motor. Gives error code F7E2. Inspection of the motor found the connector fully installed. Motor windings from the control tested good, 16.7 ohms any pin to any pin. Control replaced and unit retested. Wash motor still failed to turn over, gave same F7E2 error code. Sump assembly replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old sump assembly left with customer."

Cleared drain and found styrofoam had caused issue from liner of unit, CX complained of loud rattling noise which I heard and found the condenser fan hitting off shroud. Unplugged unit and found blade missing on fan. Suggested to CX to replaced blade, motor and shroud. Temporaily secured motor to return line of compressor so that it wouldnt rattle. Quoted CX $517.21 ofr total cost of repair. She wants to call maytag to see if they will help her since this was a prior issue. She paid the $120 SC charge by CC and will make her decision after talking to them. CX balance is $397.21 if she continues with repair. Closing ticket. Saved quote"
