"Customer complaint unit is not heating. I tested the unit and found the unit is not heating at all, no fans not convection fans not broiler.. I tested the unit and found the unit is getting 240 good voltage. Found F1E1 internal error. I found 14VDC to the UI. I tested other things tempw sensors and i got 1090 on one and 1108 on the other. Turned power on with sensors unplugged and fasn are turning on. After i replace all connectors and retested the unit the unit is not heating and fans are all turning on. CAlled techline and they told me it could of been a loose wire, harness issue or control. Since the unit is working now all parts check out. TEchline said if it comes back to replace the Upper control board AM. Quoted for parts custoemr is calling back if it stops heatin; ordrng 1 WPW10292566 (cntrl-elec 262.61)"

Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke with Adrian to document findings, charged with 44 g of R600A. Tested the sealed system, low side started at 0 psi dropped to -30, high side tested at 100 psi, dropped to 70, pressure tested all fittings, no leaks found, cabinet leak. Non repairable unit, cx will be contacted in reference to the unit."

cx complaint they had a power serge over the weekend and the unit never came back on. they had to reset breaker to unit. after that unit came back to life. unit never made ice again after that. i found FC temps were -5 degrees. test 56 showed E0 (no errors) ran test 57 and found unit did harvest and found home postion. test 45 I found water did get dispensed to IM. test 36 i found IM fan came on. test 15 I found ice level sensors are working as design. as of today unit is working as design. we will wait and see if Ice is made and harvested.
