Upon arrival I found that the unit temps are normal (6 and 40). the evap fan is functioning as intended. I found that the compressor is causing the noise. It is not outside of normal noise volume. "Cx complaint the icemaker doesn't make ice. jumped icemaker at T&H, and the bail arm raised but no water came in. Jumped for water and got no actvation from inlet valve. Removed fill tube and found it clogged with ice. Water dispenses from unit. Replaced valve using pre-id parts and cleaned fill tube, jumped icemaker and it harvested and called for water. Unit checks good"

cx complaint range not bake evenly. arrived and tested unit pre heated to 350 good both bake and boil was cycling correctly. tested temp sensor that was in range. when cx see bake element cut off after temps are satisfied she thinks its cutting off. so i explained how the range works and it made sense to her. i did installed control. but repair complete uniut is working as designed

"CX complains unit stopped mid cycle with cloths locked inside. CX not home, had neighbor let tech into home. Spoke to CX to ensure this was acceptible. Found unit to be locked with clothing inside and unplugged when plugged in unit would keep draining and not unlock. Was able to remove top panel and manually unlock door, reset unit and unit began working again. Ran unit through cycle with load, unit finished cycle with no issues, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."
