I showed the cx how the Door Mullion has to go into the slot and that the Right Door Gasket is covering half of the slot. I advised the cx that the Right Door has to be Opened before closing the Left Door. Unit is working as Designed.

CX complaint: unit kicks breaker every 12hrs and diffuser groans. Tested and verified complaint. On the evap i found black wire to heater pressed tight to evap coil fins. This could be the source of an arc which would trip the arc fault breaker. Called WPTL to document. Also diffuser is groaning a lot. Ordering diffuser andf evap harness. On return ask if unit continued to trip breaker. I repositioned evap harness wires which may have stopped the problem temporarily. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 W11566475 (evap hatness) and 1 W11236851 (diffuser)

cx comlpaint is water out door is still not as cold as it should. took temp readings of 0 in freezer 30 in upper fridge 41 on lower section. tested and checked unot. found everything on top shelf pushed to back wall and other shelves at least 1/2 packed on back wall and cold air cant drop like it should. unit has cold water coil lines behind shelves. went over unit again and the air flow and air needs to drop to get the coil cold an coil water hose only holds so much cold water and when unit refills its going to be warmer the more water they get. wont be hot but will be whatever temp comes to home and unit. evap clear and no temp sensors on the sides. also this filter is under unit with all the warm air that blow around. went over unit and shelves and water valume with her. job complete.

I took the back panel off and nothing everything was good. I did not see anything shorting. I put the unit back together and the unit is not shorting the GFI anymore. Parts are covered under 60 limited warranty . I collected $120.00 for labor charges. CX owes $120.00 for labor chaerges once repair is completed.
