"CX complains unit ran off balance with a normal load and unit hasnt run correctly since. Unit shows no error codes, ran unit through diagnostic test and unit made noise during CC agitation. When unit went to spin, it ran off balance and stopped spin cycle. unit still showed no errors. Inspected under unit and found no signs of leaking gearcase. Gearcase is making grinding noise when spinning by hand. Unit will need spin basket, gearcase, agitator, splutch and motor for repair. Office to schedule with cx when approved and all parts arrive including spinbasket sent to CX. Service Pointer. Customer complaint light are fliquering and the unit stopped making ice after we left. I ran test 56 no error codes. Tested 58 warmer than harvest temp. Ran test 57 and is Harvesting. Ran fill test is not filling. The heater is not turning on and is not getting power. I pulled ceiling cover and found i left the heater unpplugged. Reseated and ran test 19 after that ran tes 45 and completed the test. Lights are flickering and the will need new FC light per serivec pointer. Pointer to cover for part and labor. "cx complaint is the unit leaking water. cx said leak happens randomly, sometimes once or twice a day. when i arrived unit had a puddle at the front right foot. i inspected and found water stains on the compressor, on the bottom of rear unit below and behind compressor leading over to the area where the water was on the floor. looks like drian line is overflowing causing water to spill and miss the drain pan. i removed drain tube and found it was clogged with gunk. one cleared the drain line flowed freely into the drain pan. unit is working as designed."
