Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling again. I then checked the Refrigerator. Refrigerator is cool but Freezer Section. Isn't cooling. Freezer Section is warm. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 40 - Compressor Test. Checked pressures on the unit. Pressure are 0 on the Low Side and 100 Psi on the High Side. Checked equalize Pressures. Pressures are 40 Psi on high & low side. Removed all 134 A on the unit. Pressured the unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen for 20 mins. No change in pressures. I then refilled the unit with 134 A. Checked wattage on the unit. I'm getting 173 Watts. Both sections are cooling. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Husband had taken agitator off to retrieve garment under washplate and didnt tighten bolt all the way so agitator was free spinning. Tightened down agitator bolt and retested. WM is now working properly. CX paid $120 for SC by CC. Job is complete

checked the unit and found that the auger motor is stripped out when trying to dispense ice. replaced all parts needed to reslve the issue. advised cx to shake the ice bin every once in a while if the ice isnt being used constantly to stop the ice from forming into a chunk and being too much weight for the auger motor. cx agreed.

"cx complaint unit is not draining. checked teh unit and it was full of water. removed the ater with drain pump. found error code f7e6 for the unit. tested motor and no open circuits. the motor is moving both directions. but when i put it into a wash cycle the motor is turrning the tub and wash plate even with a new actuator. control is faulty. ordering a new control to resolve the issue. will use harness on return as well but i checked and found no signs of any broken wires.; ordrng 1 w11481722 (actuator ar vs) and 1 W10890624 (motor) and 1 W11603810 (control), used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR ar vs) from stock"

"CX complaint: noise and not drying. I found idler pulley and 2 support rollers were making scraping sounds so i replaced those rollers and idler pulley. Also, using and elctronic air flow tester i found that the house venting is very restricted, allowing little to no air flow through house vent. Recommended to have venting cleaned out or replaced. Unit is likely running cycles 2-4 times longer than normal to dry clothes. Unit is now working properly but house venting restriction should be addressed.
