Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling again. I then checked the Refrigerator. Refrigerator is cool but Freezer Section. Isn't cooling. Freezer Section is warm. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 40 - Compressor Test. Checked pressures on the unit. Pressure are 0 on the Low Side and 100 Psi on the High Side. Checked equalize Pressures. Pressures are 40 Psi on high & low side. Removed all 134 A on the unit. Pressured the unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen for 20 mins. No change in pressures. I then refilled the unit with 134 A. Checked wattage on the unit. I'm getting 173 Watts. Both sections are cooling. Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

"inspected evap cover prior to arrival, still wrong. valve harness good but only 3 connectors on right side, need 6. took unit apart anyway to get pics of harnesses on unit. called techline and submitted pics. also documented, alot of ice around icebox duct gaskets. big ice block under shelf asm by filter housing and fan stayed running after putting unit in test mode. unit will need evap cover with blue wire to valve on left side and 6 connectors on right side, 2 duct gaskets, control kit that comes with ui and main control, and filter housing. TL is sending unit to engineers and putting unit up for review. will call in to office when with steps moving forward when they get back to me; ordrng 1 W11395641 (evap cover(REORDER INSPECT)) and 1 W11451366 (filter housing) and 1 W11533211 (control kit) and 2 W10828417 (duct gaskets)s"

"cx complaint unit not cleaning the clothes well. inspected unit, no errors stored, test cycle runs fine. checked under unit, no oil or play in gearcase. suspension checks good. cx is using he detergent. found cx is putting detergent ontop of clothes and selecting deep water wash. advised cx to put detergent in bottom of basket before the clothes so the detergent itself doesnt cause stains and more detergent will be in the water. also advised cx to try setting water level to autosense so there will be more friction between the clothes acting as a scrubbing action. cx will try these tips and call back if issues persist, advised cx to take pics. unit is operating as designed at this time"

"cx complaint is the unit still making a noise during the cycle. when i arrived cx had a load in the unit and was making the noise. noise is a creeking/screaching sound. happens randomly and only last a second or 2 each time. cx said he hasnt noticed any burning smell since last visit but hasnt used unit much due to noise. i found nothing out of place, no signs or binding or damage to any parts. replaced rollers with preIDed parts and tested again. unit made the noise when it first started but then ran quietly. called techline to document. they had me check what size breaker unti is on (30amp) and had me verify nothing is stuck in the felt around the drum. advised ordering drive motor. ordering drive motor and blower wheel for return visit. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer) and 1 WP694089 (wheel)"

cx complaint that unit had stoped cooling from repair back in july. with the unit compressor being replaced. and when arrived unit is plugged in and fans running but had no cooling.. room temp inside. and found the unit to have 0 in the low and 0 high when off and when pluggedi n and compressor fired up had gthe unit read -20 on low and around 75 on high no signs of leaks present with checks of joints. .. called techline spoke to derrick..low side leak in rc evap to higher (130-150) with restriction 160+ with high so low.. indicating leak @evap... ( interna) then... will need 3 call count being time to remove.. called bill at heidenbaugh and call customer service then call them and they will talk to their factory rep.. right now moving forward with repair.; ordrng 1 W11291123 (evap) and 1 sstch (ss tch) and 1 3count (3 coutn)

cx complaint unit does seem to want to hold temp. inspected unit and reheated unit to 400 degrees. using a thermal cuppler I found when unit said it was preheated at 400 degrees meter only was at 300 degrees. highest temp i got with meter was 338degrees. i found no saved faulty codes. entering diag unit stated it was only at 354 degrees. i reset power and preheated again and found unit stated preheated and meter read 385 degrees. diag said 425 degrees. I reset power to unit. i recalibrated unit and found after that unit got to 420 degrees and found unit now checks good.
