Was able to access unit and cx stated weekend of the 5th cooling issues began. called for service 8/7 and on 8/8 company came out. 8/10 via came out and temps had changed from 20 to 8. ordered ss. 8/22 came out and find rock hard ice in fc took ambient air temps as no items in rc and found 8F. Found almost full frost pattern. Took amp reading and found 0.9 Amps with compressor running. Found thermistor read 20.04 K ohms. Contacted techline and spoke to Nate. Stated if frost pattern went the whole way not to cut into system and to have cx load up unit. Gave the unit time with the compressor running and developed a full frost pattern. Had cx load up unit checks good at this time no further work needed

"arrived 8/22 to find unit still holding temps in the 9-10 degree range in fc. attached guages and unit began at 12in vaccum low side and 90psi high side, but within minutes would slowly rise to 10 inch vaccum low side and 115psi high side. contacted techline. techline stated potential leak in system. evacuated charge and filled with 140psi of nitro. bubble tested every accessible component of the system. found no leak represented in bubbles. for AT LEAST 20 minutes the unit held the 140psi charge of nitro with absolutely ZERO pressure movement. techline then declared unit to have been low charged during last SS repair (multiple months ago). purged nitro thru high side to eliminate any potential restrictions and pulled 30 inch vacuum and filled with 56g r600a. unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 WPW10141622 (leveling leg)"

cx complaint sinse last visit unit maked 2-3 batches of ice and thats it. inspected unit and first took a FC temp and found 0 degree. ice bin has maybe 20 small cubes in it. I found ice maker does harvest and when filling with water I found only a small stream of water. i removed water filter and placed in a plug and found water dispensing slowly on door. I removed supply line to unit and found water pressure to unit was low. I advised cx to get a plummer. once pressure is back to normal unit should make ice no issues.

"cx complaint unit is not starting/putting in water said it does turn on thinks it gets stuck in sensing. inspected unit then went into diag and checked for codes and had f7e4 so cleared code and ran service cycle and unit agitated then tried shifting to spin and kept clicking so shut unit down and checked slider to find the magnet slid down and casuing this issue, grabbed slider from v/s and installed then tested and now unit slider is working to shift bewteen agiate and spin. i started a noraml cycle and cycle now starts and puts water in. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider SD V/S), used 1 W10734521 (slider SD V/S) from stock"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is noisy during spin. Basket spins freely. Suspension tested good and cabinet is level. Checked for stored error codes and found F7E1 and F0E9. Ran test cycle and the unit is rattling during agitate in one direction and started to squeak the longer the spin cycle ran. Inspection of the drive system found the gearcase is not leaking oil, splutch assembly is secure. There is black wear marks on the splutch pulley and the drive motor has the plastic pulley known to cause belt slip. Ordering motor, belt, and splutch to address the squeaking noise and the actuator and gearcase to address the F7E1 and rattling. Washplate is removable.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W11449840 (gearcase)"

Found frozen fill tube. Heater about 5Kohm, 120V supplied to heater during test 19. Left heater on, the tube defrosted, water fil worked ok. Called tech line, spoke to Steve. He suggested to check the pantry UI for water and then to check the insolation on the IM filltube going into the icebox. Both things checked ok. The unit should work as designed. Collected $120 with check"

"CX complaint water/moisture around top of fc door.Confirmed water on Rc gasket. Mullion working ok and perfectly dry. Found a large gap on top of Fc between liner and cabinet, making the cabinet cold on the outside and turning into water the moisture from the room. Used rtf from van stock to seal the gap. The issue should be solved, but if the cx calls back, we need to order Fc door W11681455 and nameplate W10876598; ordrng 1 W10841140 (adhesive (RI van stock)), used 1 W10841140 (adhesive) from stock"
