cx complaint no ice or lights in rc. arrived today and i did confirm IM not working and lights in rc out. i remove the pantry ui control than reset unit. lights did come on after reboot. and also did IM test and IM is now harvesting and filling with water. called TL he advised replacing the pantry harness and ui. gave cx quote they will call in if they want to proceed with repair. so i taped connection to ui and reinstalled old board. unit light and IM are still working.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Heating. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F4E4 = L2 Line Voltage Error. Checked power to the Terminal Block. L1 to N = 120.3 Volts. L2 to N = 120.8 Volts. L1 to L2 = 245.2 Volts. I then noticed that the User Interface port clip to the control Board is broken with a peace of tape. Checked the Heater Element. Heater is reading Open Line. Checked the T.c.o. Sensor. I'm getting 0.4 Ohms. Unit will need the Main Control Board = W11537215 & Heater Element = Wp8544771. Cx paid for the Service Call only by Card. If the cx calls back please Order these two parts. Don't go without parts.

I started a diag cycle and found water to gush out from under the door. i drained the unit and removed the outer door. I ran a 2nd auto test and found water to be overwhelming the tub and spilling onto the floor. I called WP Techline and discussed my findings. "CX complains unit is not locking correctly. Found unit to show f7e7 - motor unable to reach target error as well as f5e4-lid not opened between cycles. Ran unit through diagnostic test and unit went through testing with no issues. When checking sensor readings tachometer value was irratic at begining of test but settled down and read correctly for rest of test. lid lock actuated normally and unit gearcase did not appear to be leaking at all. CX ran unit through normal cycle with full load and unit began cycle as per normal and cx stated it usually doesnt start for him. arrived and per sticky notes to call wp tl and spoke to Brandon had given him the history and the current psi of the low and high when running the unit is 8 in vac and 50-60 on high then when unplugged 0+2 on the low and the high stayed at 55 then you could hear air relaease then the high side equalizes .. TL was puzzled and reachdd out to the high up Tl REP. they respoinded and advised today to dump current charge pull 30 invac for 25 mins... fill half back up(28g) then dump that pull vac for 25 mins and fill to full scale weight to get air out of system PER TL NO EVAP parts replaced today.

"CX complaint was that the unit would not drain. I found a F9E1 in diag. I cleared the code and ran a manuel fill and a test 8 drain. I found no movment from the pump. I accessed the drain pump and found at the pump only 9,2KO resistance. I was able to access and replace the pump and ran a auto test. I found the unit tobe opperating as desogned. Unit test good."

"CX complaint error codes F9E2, F8A2, FAE2, F7E1. Kick plate was removed upon arrival. Under dishwasher was dry. No soap was added. Ran diagnosis cycle and found the bottom of dishwasher was covered in suds. Explained to cx that after every 30 washers a cleaning cycle needs to be down using affesh product tablet. "cx complaint unit starts then shuts off. Inspected unit and entered diag and found f3e1, f6e1, f6e6. cleared codes and ran auto test and found unit finished test without issue. I removed the terminal block cover and found connection was good. test voltage to unit and found 121.5vac. i went in the basement and found the drain hose was leaking and the outlet for the unit is right next to the drain. I found outlet is getting wet and shorting out. unit checks good. charged cx only for service call. cx paid in full by check"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not counting down and on heavier loads the clothes don't get spun out very well. Upon arrival I found that the latch is not latching properly but intermittently. I also found and F5E2 and F8E1. The drain hose was too long and was submerged in water in the stand pipe. I was able to adjust the hose to prevent the end from being submerged. I the tested the door latch and found that it is not always latching. I am ordering the door latch. "CX complai t is that the unit is still not making ice. I found a E5 error code. I took temp readings in the FC at 0 degree when set to 3. I ran test 36 , 56, 57 and found fan motor to opperate, unit to harnvest and the E5 error. I accessed the valve and ran test 45 and found the valve to open. I found that the filltube is frozen. I am reortderign 1 fill tube heater (W11087201), 1 fill tube (W11484604), and 1 icemaker (W11658802). Once the parts are avalible, please have somoene form teh office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (icemaker) and 1 W11484604 (Fill tube)"

applied some paint to a papertowel because cxis concerned the new paint wont match the color of the unit. allowed paint to dry and let cx compare it. cx is unhappy with how the paint matches. new paint is darker than the paint in the unit. i applied the paint and let it dry. tested the unit. it is working as designed. cx isnt happy with how it looks. gave her cx care number. unit working as designed.
