Customer stated that other service companies had been here before stating that the issue was with the compressor. Unit found unplugged. Unit plugged in and confirmed that the compressor turned on and continued to run, as did the fans. Inspection of the evaporator found that the unit is forming a frost pattern. Unit has the heater with the connector issues. Heater and harness replaced with updated part. Customer had no ice in which to do an ice water test on the thermistor, so thermistor replaced to be on the safe side. Unit is working properly. cx complaint hd bray and scarf come out and attempt to fix unit for poor wash and now door doest close smooth and still poor wash. inspected unit and checked out what was replaced the replaced alls sump parts but seperatly and that makes no sense it cost more. i then checked for errors and had f9e4 so let service cycle run and f9e4 returned at end and lower spray arm never moved. removed lower spary arm i think its on wrong it did not come off like it usally does. reinstalled spray arm and ran service cycle and now lower arm moves great and no errors returned this time. i then adjusted door its not level causing the door to bind. told cx to run unit tonight and if works good we are fixed and if not to call us back and i will order parts in ticket. unit should be good to go; ordrng 1 W10861526 (sump assem) and 1 W10860176 (lower spray arm) and 1 W11341628 (control)
