"opened system and seemd full of freon. replaced the compressor drier coupler and cond fan motor vacumed system down and filled and goes right into vacume. flushed system and replaced drier again and same issue. so filled again with nitrogen and cut bottom of drier and no clog from me. i then connected coupler to cap tube and cut return line off compressor and hooked to nitrogen to have no flow out the return line only smoke system is clogged. so called techline spoke to derik told him what ive done had me send pic of my isolation we then found the evap is clogged. went to van grabbed evp replaced it then drier vacumed system down and filled t recomended and now were building pressure. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

I was able to reinstall the orig control and again found no power/ opperation. I inspected the junction box and found the propper 240V's to opperate the unit. Cx complaint is unit sometimes freezes items such as lettuce and juice. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. On todays visit could not find any frozen product but did find all of the items on the top three shelves pushed all the way back against the back wall affecting airflow and causing trapped air. Also found the juice to be a large bottle placed right infront of the vent on the top shelf and the lettuce that froze to be outside of a produce drawer. Informed cx what i found and how to prevent it in the future. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

cx complaint unit is not finishing cycles clothes come out wet said it show fo. inspected unit then checked for errors and had f8e1 so ran test 12 and cold water is filling slow hot is fine. turned water off and tried removing line to find shut iff is not tunring off. i told cx she needs a plumber and she said my old washer worked just fine and thinks the old washer messed the valve where you turn the water supply offf. i then turned main off and replaced the cold valve and retested and we have the same issue we now no unit is good. cx needs plumber to get the cold water supply looked at and to get it fixed so you can turn water off. unit will be good to go after plumber fixes issue.

"Cs unit is showing f2e1 stuck shorted keypad error code, confirmed complaint. I found the control and keypad unresponsive. Replaced control and got the unit to work but the cancel buttons are not working. Ovens preheat but you have to unplug unit because you cant cancel anything.
