While inspecting harness during manual drain found that moving the harness caused unit to start and stop draining. When returning to the top of unit found shorting of the wires in the harness cause control to shut off. Unit will need control and harness for repair. Contacted office and spoke to Halie due to being a contract, who said parts were within allotted amount. Was able to install control and harness from pre i.d parts. Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting cycles. The lid locks and unlocks several times and it doesn'tove past sensing. Upon arrival I found that the unit is unplugged for several days. I plugged it in and started a quick wash cycle and found that the unit started the cycle without any issues. I entered diag and found that the unit has an F5E2 and an F7E7. I cleared the codes and ran the diag test. Unit was able to complete the test. I then started a drain and spin cycle and the unit again started the cytcle without any issues. Unit is functionign as itnended. Job complete

"Pulled average temps from data, found average ice box compartment temp at 15.6 degrees. Called techline and went over work history of unit. Tech line advises that the replacement of the compressor is likely the issue for the slightly elevated temps. Techline advised that the tech sheets they have been putting out have been off and that techs calling in have reported that to achieve proper temps they are over charging by .5 to 1 ounce over tech sheet specs to achieve proper cooling. Tech also advised that a tech in FL who strictly does sealed system work claims that pulling a 45 minute vaccuum helps ensure that the R600's will cool properly. Techline advises purging and recharging sealed system and adding .5 to 1 extra ounce of butane. Ordering sealed system job."
