I CX informed me that he is having a plumbing issues with the stainpipe to where the siliconed pipe that drain hose go's into is tight and the stanpipe on the bottomside in the basement is loose and can move. I advised CX to use the unity sink next to the washer until plumbing is addressed. I found a F2E3 erro code before service and after each auto test that was run. I am ordering 1 control (W10734521) and 1 encoder board (W11627516). I foundn that the when in the spin cycle the unit was making a loud gralling sound and not spinning up to speed. I stoped the autot test and inspecteed junder the unit. I foud oil leaking form the rotor and oil on the inside walls. I quoted CX for the cost of a gearcase replacement . I collected $120.00 for service charges via check. Advised CX that the tube from valve to the door is frozen , Tried thawing out with steam gun and could not clear. . Temps in FF compartent set to 35 degrees. Raised Temps to 38 hoping to possibally thaw out line. Advised CX the tube may be needed. CX feels she should not have to pay for additional part due to it not being frozen before compressor was worked on. Advised CX the unit was not getting cold enough before. "cx complaint is the unit not cooling. cx said items on top shelves thawed out and had to be trashed and bottom of unit was full of water and water got on to the floor. when i arrived unit was empty and running. my prob shows 17 degrees but there are not items to put prob between. inspected evap and found a weak frost pattern. evap fan is running. inspected rear of unit and found SS lines frosted up, the copressor very wet and water under unit. lines are icing up causing water. unit has a SS issue. ordering compressor and evap. schedule with SS tech when parts are available. cx doenst want unit fixed they want it replaced, said they can never trust this unit again so they dont want it. gave them cx care number.; ordrng 1 W11572047 (evaporator) and 1 W11504450 (coupler) and 1 W11504420 (coupler) and 1 W11578208 (compressor) and 1 W11504420 (coupler) and 1 W11504431 (coupler) and 1 W11506622 (coupler) and 1 W11506635 (stub)"

CX complaint is tub not spinning. Inspected/tested and no codes. During tested I saw the washplate spinning freely but not spinning tub. Had to use penetrating fluid to pull washplate because it was stuck to splines. Found hub wore out and no teeth. Replaced hub. Also replaced splutch and belt because of screeching noise. Both repairs resolved both issues. Retested and WM is now working properly Ran clean cycle with distilled vinegar for CX because of using penetrating fluid. Job is complete

"arrived foud all parts ordered have already been changed last tech said no uv dye found so that being said unit might not be fixable. i then took frrezer apart no dye found, no dye in compressor area. hooked guages up -20 inch vac on low side high side is 85 then unplugged and pressures equalized at 30 on low side and 25 on high we have no clogs or restictions. hooked nitrgen up at 140psi and soapy watered everything outside cabinet and no bubbles no his and nitrogen is not pushing any uv dye out of anyspots. leak is in te cabine. called techlike spoke to andrew and unit has leak in cabinet and cant be fixed. left cx with file number"
