All three Harness Wire prongs I'm getting 0.3 Ohms. Green light on the Control Board is flashing. Checked the Voltage to the Control Board. I'm getting 121. 3 Volts. Unit has 5 + Dc Volts. I then cleared the error code. Ran Key activation all lights went out. Tried to start the unit on Normal mode. Start button will not respond. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag. If the cx calls back Order the User Interface = W11112656 & Main Control Board = W11400681. Don't go without parts.

Arrive today and checked temperatures and had 4° in the freezer and 30° in the refrigerator. Unplugged unit replace control removed back panel and refrigerator and found a short thermistor hanging from ceiling and the long for Mr. on panel. I do not know why a small one was installed. Removed birthday misters and tested in a glass of ice water and had 6.7 K ohms on both. Arrive today to unit being unplugged plug unit up to wall start device kicked on and compressor was making a loud metallic sound. It would last for about 20 seconds and then would kick off after another minute. It would start again do the same noise and then kick off. "cx complaint is flames really high and black soot under pots and pans. said after Rick was here her husband replaced the parts and had someone out to look and said the Orifices were not changed and the reg gas ones are in place. she also said left side wont work just clicks. she said she asked for Ricky to come back as he new this unit and them and whats going on and all. tested and checked unit. unit will need new Orifices replaced and adjusted for proper flame.left side clicks and turns fan on spark comes out to soon as rail looks cracked. will bring back other parts but dont think there needed as they were replaced. will order parts needed and office will schedule. cx wanted to pay in full.; ordrng 1 74006049 (Kit, Lp Orifice 39.05) and 1 WP74006070 (Whirlpool E-burner, Grill 217.03) and 1 W11233071 (Knob, Valve (wht) 40.63)"

cx complaint is with unit and its running issues and lighs are blimking. was able to power on and off unit and then put in test mode and run auto test as well. unit ran through auto test then flashed a code. lid locks and unlocks and unit fills and drains and runs as it should. started a quick wash while uploading tech sheet as no service out here. units flashes code F1E1 and F5E4. cleared codes and ran unit on normal wash. unit seems to run and check. per codes i advised cx we will order parts needed and as soon as they come in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11481116 (Control) and 1 W11513246 (Control)

"Customer complaint unit is not cooling. I found the unit is not one. I plugged it in and as soon as i started it the compressor was buzzing. "Cx complaint after preheat the oven doesn't keep the temperature.Removed oven bottom and shield. started 200F bake cycle. The oven preheated and then cycled 4 times. The 5th time I heard the spark sound several times , but no spark came out the igniter and the gas valve turned off. Quoted repair $710.82 with $145 labor for spark module WPW10331686, bake igniter WP9760229 and bake/broil harness WP9762904. Cx needs more time to make a decision.
