"checked the unit and found that the low side was a little low. hovering at -1 on the low side. checked for any leaks throughout the SS. found none. it seems that when i charged it last time once it equalized overtime it was a little low on charge. added r134a to get the pressure to hold at 5 on the low side. checked all thermistors, fans, etc. did find product on top of the diffuser. i removed it and showed cx so he is aware of diffuser location. unit is good to go. temps upon leaving are 1 in freezer and 41 in the fridge."

"Cx complaint is unit leaking. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Cx stated unit leaked when washing a big load of sheets and only did it one time. Found no signs of a leak at any connections. All drain hoses, pressure hoses and water lines are dry. Ran unit through a cycle and rechecked all connections and could not find any signs of unit leaking. Cx stated builder came out and checked unit before us, its possible the builder corrected issue before arrival. Also load might have been to big and possibly leaked from vent on back of tub. I took a AMP draw on the compressor and found a APM draw of .68 AMPS. Unit will need 1 sealed system repair. I am ordering 1 compressor (W11092625), 1 drier filter (W10843121), and 1 evap coil (W10836706). Return visit will need to be 3 call counted due to the time to replace the sealed system. "cx complaint unit is not getting to temp. inspected unit and found unit was empty, no products inside. took air temp and found 0 degrees FC, 43 degrees RC. i found a full frost pattern in the FC. I found when looking at bottom of RC evap I did not see frost. i unplugged unit and plugged unit in with gauges and found 8 in vacuum and 125psi on high side. called TL ran test 4 and found gauges equalized to 26psi on both sides. 04= 0 in vaccum, 125psi high side. 05= 9 in vacuum low, 130psi high side. TL had me add 1oz of R134A. pressures were 2 in vacuum low, 150psi high after. TL thinks unit has a small leak somewhere. I did not find and dye with light. unit is unrepairable"
