"cx complaint unit not closing right side door as far as left side rc door. inspected unit and found that this is simply due to the mullion being engaged on the left side rc door and the small variances of the gaskets between each door. completely normal op. cx also dissapointed in the closure of the deli drawers where the left side of the drawer will pull in tighter than the right side, which is slightly more noticable on the much wider bottom deli drawer. explaiend again that this is due to a closure on the left side slides of each deli drawer repsonsible for springing the drawers shut. cx then started making unfounded complaints of food spoiling in rc. checked temps and found 39 degrees in rc at time of service. diag test 28 and found 6hr avg at 39degrees. contacted TL."

cx says the freezer is not freezing. compressor replaced 8/11. the freezer is at 37f and the refrigerator is at 47f when i arrived. only a couple rungs frosted on the evaporator. pressures equilize to 18psi. test 5 step 1 the low side pressure is -15psi and high side pressure is 70psi. pressureized the unit to 140psi and bubble checked all the connections without finding anything. pressure is dropping 2 psi in 15 min. called tech support and spoke with an adrian. unit under review.

I ran test no error codes and completes test cycle. The customer stated that she tried so many times and she could not get it to work. I check connection and they are all good tight. Unit is working i could not get the unit to fail. Customer willl call back and she will try to record but as of today the unit is working. the dimming light i found the board came off from the control panel. reseated the control and tested. Unit is bright now. Maybe the start button was not tight to the UI. Unit is good.

CX complaint was that the unit would not cool in the FC. I found with a thermacoupling that temps in the F are na 1 degree and 38 in the RC. I inspected the control and found that per Technical Service Pointer. the control has no Identifing sticker on it. UNit is with in outlinded seairal # range for control replacement . I accessed and replace the control. I advised CX to monitor over the next week and report back if concerns continue . UNit test good.

Spoke to MX and its possible the door is being left open allowing air into unit. To verify he suggests data loggers. Also found freezer is over filled. Reordering the damper and 2 data loggers along with silicone to close the gaps as a precaution. "CX complains unit is leaking from left bottom of uint. Called tradecare and spoke to Karina who gave P&L auth. Found unit to be leaking from between door and seal. Removed outter door to check for any leaks from dispenser and vent area. Unit showed no leaks from dispenser and vent area but seems to be leaking past door gasket and running down door to bottom left area. Was able to replace door gasket with pre i.d part, retested unit and unit no longer has a leak. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"cx complains unit RC is barely cool and spoiling food. cx is without warranty, quoted cx for service to which cx agreed. unit rc is 48.5*F unit fc is 37*F. Evap cover has build up of frost on it. Ran test 3 and unit fan did not kick on. Can hear compressor and condenser fan working but not evap fan. Was able to defrost evap fan and found bi metal reads 55.7K ohms, after defrosting fan began to spin freely again. Unit will need evap harness for repair. Quoted cx for repair, to which they agreed. Was able to replace evap fan motor and harness with pre i.d part. tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX paid in full with card. CX email confirmed."
