cx complaint whole unit and display cuts off. arrived today and was not able to duplicate any issues. check rc and fc temps are good went into service diag and thermistor are also in range. went to back control made sure no connection were shorted out. and that was good. ohm out compressor and that was good as well. control is getting 120volts. i advised cx to monitor unit and record a video for further inspection next time. i also advised cx it sounds like a control issue but i wasnt able to duplicate any problems that shes having and being the age of the unit cx wanted the control replaced. repair complete.

"CX complaint is that the unit is condisating and dripping from the diffiuser. I found that the unti had a 6 ' warm air leak in the gasket on teh right hand side of the RC door. I was able to usea heat gun to help relax the gasket and make a tighter seal to elminate the air leak. I also found that one of the diffuser clips is fragmented causing the difuset to not make a tight seal on the RC liner. I am ordeirng 1 diffuser (W11380595). Once the part is avlible , please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11380595 (diffuser assm.)"
