I then checked the T.o.d. Sensor. I'm getting 0.4 Ohms. I then checked the Heater Element. Heater Element is reading Open Line. Installed new Heater Element. Tested the unit. Unit is Heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( advised the cx to replace the Vent Hose and to have a certified Vent Cleaner to clean vents.) Cx paid in full by Card.

"cx complaint ice maker is slow, water sometimes drips from dispenser after cup is removed and said ice will come out of chute door sometimes and stuff on top shelf of fridge will freeze the food. . inspected unit and found temos are good freezer is at 5 fridge 37. infomred cx if vent is blocked in fridge items will freezse. i then looked at dispenser and is working good the water sometimes hits the front of the plastic and will drip nothing i can do with that its hoiw the fridge is designed. i then dispensed all the ice cx had and no ice flew out. ice maker could be the issue with the slow ice so grabbed new ice maker from v/s and installed and cycled and filled with water. told cx to give unit 3 days for bin to fill up. told cx to keep an eye on fridge. unit is good to go at this time; ordrng 1 W11546935 (icemaker SD V/S), used 1 W11546935 (icemaker SD V/S) from stock"

"cx complaint is a loud noise and a burning smell from the unit. when i arrived unit was unplugged. no thermal damage at therminal block. plugged unit in and started it. unit makes a very loud rubbing noise as soon as drum starts turning. inspected and found the noise coming from the blower wheel. found it to be loose and rattling. once tight unit ran quietly. temps are good. they go up to 200, down to 125. documented with safety."
