Found unit suspension had failed and will need replaced. was able to put suspension bushing on failed suspension for testing purposes. When running testing unit made loud squeeling noise from worn splutch, belt cover warped into splutch, belt and actuator. Found unit tub ring to have failed due to the suspension failure. CX also states unit doesnt seem to sense water level everytime correctly, checked sensor hose and hose seems good, ordering control for ittermitant issue with water level sensing. Cx complaint is that the ice maker is not dispensing ice. Upon arrival I was unable to replicate the issue. I removed the ice bin and found that the unit is making ice. I then depressed the paddle and found that the auger motor and actuator activated. I verified that the coupler was not stripped. I then reinstalled the ice bin and and tested. I was able to get cubed and crushed ice to dispense. I also found that the ice maker was able to run a harvest cycle. At this time I was unable to replicate the issue. I informed the cx of some things to look for if it occurs again and document as much as possible if we need to return. Job complete

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an error code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F6E5 = Communication error between Ccu and Expansion Board. F8E1 = Long Fill. Checked the Flow of water in Service Test. The cold Water Valve is bearly so coming into the Drum. Looked behind the unit. House Water Valves are leaking. Will not be able to turn the Valves off. ( please see Sd Pictures.) Unit will need the Valve = Wpw10247306, Pressure Switch = Wpw10448876 & Flow Meter = Wpw10110225. ( unit is stacked. Please see Sd Pictures. Might have to tell the cx they will need to remove the unit and make it accessible. There is literally no way to pull this unit out. Cx just had hot water heater replaced and the units are stuck. Please see Sd Pictures. ) cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Don't go without parts listed if the cx calls back ."
