Customer complaint unit is making loud vibration noises. I tested the unit and found the unit is making a really loud noise. Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining. (language berrier very difficult to assess actual complaint). I found that the unit has an F6E4 error code. I then ran the diag test and foiund that the unit is draining as intended. I also filled and manually drained the unit several times. I found that the valve is closing and not letting water in after it is deactivated. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

the refrigerator is at 45f when i arrived and set to 34f.the freezer is at 16f and set to -5f.checked for dye without finding any.test 10.1 the pressures equilized to 15psi.step 4 low side pressure is 5psi and high side pressure is 90psi.poor frost on the evaporator.step 5 low side pressure is 4psi and high side pressure is 89psi.the refrigerator evaporator is still frosting in step 5.once it dropped diagnostics the freezer started cooling and the refrigerator evaporator melted the frost pattern.low side -19psi and high side 90psi. called tech support and spoke with a jonathon.file number.pressures equilize in 1 min on test10.1.filled to 140psi with nitrogen and checked with bubbles and no leaks.the unit is dropping 5psi in 30 minutes.tech support leon.unit is under review
