Found temps in fc 4.8-6.8 degrees .. fc fan operation and icebox vfan .. door switches working , im does cycle and fill .. i did find the rack of cubes that it made to be a little uneven .. fc evap with full frosyt pattern .. found temps in fc / rc slightly warmer than set point.. ed from techline had me test thermisitors .. both rc/fc thermistors reading 8.5-8.8kohms in ice water.. called techline back and informed them on everything, beandon recommened to replace generic IM with factory one.. previous tech ed also was saying the samething , also stated to set fc temp to -2 or -3 degrees to get it a little colder in unit. Replaced IM"

I then went to the breaker and the breaker is a double breaker and the dishwahser is attached to it and the disposal. I have never seen a dishwasher connected to a double breaker. Unit needs electrician to check power, grounding and they need to installed a single breaker with out sharing ground."

I got into diagnostics and started activating components and all the test in the top oven pass but when i got to the lower nothing was turning on. "cx complaint unit leaking during cycle. inspected unit and found multiple points of concern: found the unit is overall uneven, resulting in lopsided door closure. was able to adjust the feet in a way to correct the door alignment. also found the top left corner of the gasket to be bunching up and pushing again the inside of the door, again provoking leak. finally, as noted by previous tech found a significant amount of suds in the unit and overflowing from the tub lip. ran a small portion of vegetable oil thru cycle and all suds were eliminated while in cx home. documented all service performed today on service matters under file# no leaks after about 20 minutes of observation."

Cx complaint is that the unit is getting stuck in wash since the board was replaced. Upon arrival I found an F8E1. I then found that the drain hose was laying just off of the floor. Cx stated that it was usually up higher. I was able to show that the water will only fill to a certain point and then run out of the drain and not fill past that point. I was able to raise the drain hose a few inches. I informed the cx that the drain hose needs to enter a stand pipe at a minimum of 39' from the bottom of the unit. Cx has a plumber coming to look at the hot water heater and will have them fix that issue as well. Job complete
