"Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud grinding noise in parts of thye spin cycle. Upon arrival I I ran a drain and spin cycle and found that the belt began slipping. ANd when the unit attempted to change diraction I could hear the splutch grinding. I accessed the drive assembly and found the the splutch has failed. I also found that the gear case has play in it. i am ordering the gearcase, and related parts. I was unable to loosen the spanner nut and will order that as well. Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning out the clothes and is making noise during spin. Upon arrival I found that the unit has an F0E5. I cleared the code and manually ran a spin cycle. I found that the belt slipped on the Splutch. I accessed the bottom of the unit and found that the sputch was rubbing the cover under heavy loads. I found that the splutch and belt is worn. I also found the the gearcase has severe play in the inner shaft. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I installed the motor belt and splutch. arrived to start replacing the compressor and dryer first amongst doing so ran nitrogen through to test for any leaks before moving to evap saw constant dropping of psi @140 purging through. amongst soap bubbles all joints near compressor dryer and condenser line foiudn no leaks detected and also none at evap but when looking with mirror and checking closely. i found the unit to have 'hissing' fainlty from inside the steel line out the cabinet to dryer where the plastic rubber ring seals line in.. removed to gain access to see. and found pin hole at the line in cabinet called TL sp[oke to John gave info and attached area of leaking area and wp will reach out to cx.

Cx complaint was unit had a error code f5e1 Check all pens on the control board. Everything was installed and still plucked up nice and tight check for any burn marks on the wave guy. There were no burn marks on the wave guide inside the unit and inside the cavity of the unit The microwave will work for about 15 to 20 seconds with no heating. Then the error would pop-up. "cx complaint is the unit not dispensing ice properly. cx says the motor binds up, noise changes and no ice comes out. if cx empties the bin and clears frost from under bin the unit will dispense but once bin fills back up it stops again. unit was recently cleaned when i arrived and cubes in bin were fresh so everything was working. poured water down ice chute and it leaked from the seperator. after exiting diagnostic mode the damper started making a lot of noise. it is opening/closing but doesnt sounds very healthy. ordering seperator assembly, auger motor and damper. scheudle when approved/parts available.; ordrng 1 W11202789 (motor) and 1 W10889430 (door-ice) and 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"

As per previous visit was able to access unit and found cx already had pulled out unit. Cx stated no noise since previous visit. Found 40F in RC and 2F in FC with frozen products in fc. Tested all switches and fans no issue. Found no ice cubes. Cx stated they had water shut off. Had them turn water on and ran 56 E0 57 harvested and 45 filled. Turned on FC icemaker and jumped and went through harvest and when filling the valves made really bad vibrations and low pressure. Cx stated that that was the noise. Jumped icemaker again and verified noise which they confirmed. Ordering valves and themal mastic for repair and returning all other parts.
