"CX complaint is that the unit still continues to leak and not cool. I was taking a temp reading when the unit shut down all LED out, and compressor / condensor fan stopped. I inspected teh delie UI and found no inital concerns. I accessed the control and found a loud buzzing sound from the P3 connecotr on the LED Power Board. I unplugged P3 and found no movmeont from the fan motors. I called WP Tech Line and disussed my findings. after removing different loads form the cercuit I found that the unit will need 1 main control board and 1 Deli UI per WP. I am ordeirng 1 control (WPW10675033) and 1 deli UI (WPW10769076). I hae set a return date for 9/8/23.; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (main control baord) and 1 WPW10769076 (Deli UI)"

cx complaint is cooling issues. unit set to 36 in fridge and -5 in freezer. took temp reading of -5 in freezer 44 in fridge 21 through ice maker. found back wall frozen over bad and at least 2 inches of snow and ice on it. checked over unit. found gasket on ice box cover bad. she did not get freezer door yet. ice bin is full but has pieces 2-4 together as well as high spots called tech line and spoke to Andrew tested and checked unit. switched test 7 to 2. reset temp to help defrost per prier tech and what he told cx as well. rest of unit checks and advised we have a defrost issue and something went wrong installing parts or unit. will order parts and office will schedule even if door not here yet.; ordrng 1 W11457241 (Service Kit) and 1 W11033168 (Evaporator Fan) and 1 W10843055 (Control)

"CX complains unit is building up ice in fc and not cooling well in RC. CX states they had unit unplugged for 2-3 days and plugged in this morning. Found RC temp to be 39.2*F, FC temps are 2.5*F. and 3.2*F in the icebin. Door seals are all making good seal. Unit evap fan is running as well as damper can be heard moving. No signs of defrost failure. Ordering Damper due to excessive noises as well as returning with harness due to everything checking good on this visit and unit just plugged in 3 hours prior cannot make accurate diagnosis. CX complaint is no cool. Inspected/tested and found compressor faulty and siezed up. Compressor would turn on buzz loudly and then click off with 5 seconds. Amp draw maxed at 18.. Replaced compressorand installed UV drier. pressure tested system with nitrogen and pressure didnt budge. vac'd unit down to 30in. Filled with 70g of R600a. Final low side pressure sat steady at 12in vac. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete
