"cx complaint unit freezing items in rc. inpsected unit and checked temps (with thermal coupler) in mutliple sub-sections of the rc. found 38 degrees as general rc temp (taken off of the shelf glass), found 41 degrees when measuring off of some thawing chicken on the second shelf from the top, found 38 when using the metal slides of the middle 'wooden' deli tray. finally found 35 degrees in deli drawer, which is completely normal for that location. found no tears in gaskets lead to erratic temp fluctuation. entered diagnostic sequence. checked tests: 01- 48 degrees, 03- 31 degrees, 23- 62 degrees, 28- 37 degrees, 33- 31 degrees. 57- rc fan on. contacted techline to document. per techline high water content items need to be stored in bins and containers or THEY WILL freeze"

Pulled rotor stator and clutch out and inspected slider and it was in good condition. Remounted rotor stator and releveled unit for CX. Calibrated and retested and the Wm is now working properly.

"Upon attempting repair I found the spanner nut siezed to the gearcase shaft. It took about 100 tries and the spanner nut threads are stripped out now. Also the rotor/stator etc is siezed to the gearcase shaft on bottom. Tried everything to get it off and was unsuccessful. No clutch was ordered on prior visit so I need to order that as well. Gearcase threads also caused basket splines to become defective. This unit needs additional parts. Ordering spin basket, clutch, screws for stator, top lid and hinges and spanner nut. Cannot reschedule at this time. Old gearcase removed. Return with new parts as well as parts from prior tech. 2 ct gearcase; ordrng 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10811960 (spin basket) and 10 W11027980 (screw)s and 1 WP8563965 (lid hinge) and 1 WP8572974 (lid hinge) and 1 W10909670 (nut-spaner)"

"cx complaint the unit is starting to not be able to spin out the clothes that it used to be able too. regular loads are staying saturated but all the water is leaving the tub. no OL codes were stored. checked underneath and the gearcase looked decent from the outside.. therefore, the issue must be internal. ordering a gearcase and all associated parts to resolve the issue. unit is in a very tight space. also the floor is a little soft in front of the unit but not as bad where the unit sits. i advised the cx if the issue keeps happening she might want to get her floor repaired so it has less play for the washer located above.; ordrng 1 W11454372 (gearcase) and 1 W11497303 (motor) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11428524 (capacitor) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W10528947 (hub)"

"cx complaint is the unit not starting cycles and not allowigng settings to be changed. cx tried cycling power but unit wont run. when i arrived i powerd unit on and was able to change settings but when start is held the screen does not change, cycle does not start. unit does beep when start is first pressed and chims again after a few seconds. checked for codes F5E2 x2, F0E5 x4, F1E1 x2. cleared all codes. unit wont run any conponants in diagnostics. outlet is wired properly and cotrol is getting 120vac and LED on control is on. when power was restored the F1E1 returned on its own. no damage to harnesses. ordering control board and door latch. schedule when parts are avaialble.; ordrng 1 W11550661 (control board) and 1 W11565030 (door latch)"
