Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling after last repair. I then checked running pressures. I'm getting -5 on the low side and 10 Psi on the high side. Put the unit into Service Test 4 to open 3 Way Valve. Unplugged the unit. I then ran nitrogen through the system to 140 Psi. Let the unit sit for 20 mins. No change in pressure. Unit is holding 140 Psi of Nitrogen. ( it's almost like someone emptied the system.) Filled the unit with 6.0 Oz's. Running pressures are 125 Psi on the high side and 2 Bars on the low side. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed.

"cx complaint unit experiencning wide variances in temp in fc. prior to servicing sealed system inspected unit. found 8 degrees in fc upon arrival (fc is COMPLETELY empty). removed evap cover and found nearly full frost pattern as of today (unit was actively in cooling cycle). found .67 amps at compressor when running. checked pressures and found low side 12 inch vacuum and high side nearly 100psi. per techline flush system and check for leaks and clear any evidence of restriction. proceeded to evacuate system, flush, and pull vacuum. unit held vacuum. recharged with 68g of r600a. unit now checks good."

Cx complaint is that the unit is still not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found that the evap was frosted over again. I entered diag I ran test 6. it showed that the bimetal was closed. I then verified that the heating element was getting the proper voltage and is also heating up. I defrosted the unit and called TL. they recommended changing the stealth UI. The unit is able to defrost manually but will not defrost automatically. I am ordering the part. I removed the filter and found that the unit is not having the issue. I installed a new filter that the cx had and found that it is still not having the issue anymore. F8E1 long fill. Customer complaint unti is filling with hot water even on tap water. I found long fill error code. I ran test and the unit is filling with cold water on tap water i could not get the unit to do it again but i got a long fill error codes. Vavle maybe failing and the hot coild opens up when is not supposed to put hot. I replace valve and tested. Unit is filling good. Unit is back to normal operations.
