"cx complaint is an F2E1 error. confirmed complaint, error was being displayed when i arrived. unit would not go into diagnostics or allow anything to be changed on the display. cycled power to the unit and reseated connections on UI. when it started back up the error was gone. entered diagnostics and found that was the only code saved. cleared code. pressed every button on keypad, they all work. tested oven, it is working. cx said she came home to find the error on the screen, unit had not been in use but storms had been in the area. power may have flickered to the unit. no codes returned. unit is working as desigend."

I found gaps in liner around RC and FC. I found FC and RC doors are closeing as designed. i was able to use clear adhesive and close up the gaps. Checked at ignitor and found 205 Ohms and 209 Ohms. Plugged back in and unit began to work. Reassembled unit and went to test again and now unit not working again. Will need regulator and harnesses to correct issue. cx complaint is he sees what all under both units at times and thinks washer is leaking. though it was all the rain but said he hasnt rained the last few days and theres water. let a quick wash run a bit then canceled to check both fill lines and drain lines and hoses and under unit. no water seen. started a normal wash and let that gowhile being pulled out to watch everything. watch all lines and hoses and plumming. unit never leaked a drop. went over with them as no parts are needed if we cant get unit to leak. there not happy with having to pay $165 and we unit wont leak. they will keep a eye on unit and call back if needed. job complete as of now.

Upon arrival I found that the unit is keeping tempes in the RC but the FC is only below freezing in the bottom half of the section. I entered diag and found that the FC fan is not functioning. i verified that the fan has 120 Volts. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid all but the labor. Cx complaint is that the unit is not making ice. Upon arrival I found that the FC temp if 4 degrees. I ran test 120 and found that the unit passed. I then ran test 97 and found that the unit showed FF. I removed the ice maker and found that the fill tube heater harness was damaged. I was able to correct that issue and thawed out the fill tube. i then found that the valve is only activating for a brief second and then showing FF in test 97. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. i then accessed and replaced the valve. I then ran test 97 again and found that it is now filling as intended. Job complete

The door is warped and gasket doesn't touch the liner around bin. The water works its way through door and gets behind dispenser housing and leaks onto floor. Cx complaint is that the unit is still not cooling after the sealed system repair. Upon arrival I found that the breaker in the camper has tripped and the unit had no power. Cx was able to reset the breaker. I found that the evap fan came on and the compressor was also running. I removed the cover and found that after several minutes the evap was still not developing a frost pattern. I gained access to the compressor and found that the drier has oil on it and has an audible leaking noise. I called JL and verified the issue. i am ordeirng the compressor and filter drier. Found heating vent to have soot on the front of the grate, causing wet clothing to gather the soot onto the clothing. Ran unit to ensure no hazzard is present. Unit is heating up and element is shutting off at 166*F exhaust temps and goes down to 108*F before heating again. Called techline and spoke to Nate who said box can replaced or cleaned.
