"Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise when it starts a cycle, Upon arrival I found that the noise is hapening when the unit is trying to reverse direct to slow down. I found that the splutch is not connecting properly with the drive pulley. I removed the cover and pulley and found tht the gearcase is leaking oil as well. I am ordering the gearcase and shifter and will use the belt and splutch on return visit. I was able to set the return visit for Tuesday 9/12; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W11481722 (Shifter)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit will not drain. Upon arrival I found that the cx had removed the drain hose and removed the water. I entered diag and found that the unit had an F9E1, F0E5 and an F8E6. I then cleared the errors and ran the drain pump. Pump sounds normal. I inspected the harness and found no broken wires. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was able to drain and complete the cycle without any issues. The off balance caused the unit to stop and not finish the drain cycle. I found that the unit is functioning as intended at this time."

"CX Concern the RC never cooled after last repair.. same state it was prior .. Upon arrival found 0Degrees in FC and 62Degrees in RC. Unit is making ice .. pressures were -18in and 115 psi.. equalized to 5psi and 115psi in 15mins, didnt want to equalize pressure .. contatcted wpl techline and they stated there seems to be a restriction in system .. last visit , i flushed system w/ N2 and atleast got airflow from low side to drier.. likley restriction at 3way or evap/ tubing .. Need couplers to attach 3way valve and try to flush possible restriction out / verify air flow to each evap.. The fc is cooling fine , id suspect the restriction to be isolated to rc evap.. ordering 3way, rc evap and couplers for return .. 3ct ss tech needed; ordrng 1 W11574310 (3way valve) and 6 W11506635 (coupler)s and 2 W11109499 (filter drier)s and 1 W11567406 (rc evap) and 2 W11504450 (coupler)s and 2 W11506619 (coupler)s and 1 3ct (3ct)"
