I turn the fan on alone and found that the nois e is coming from inside the fan. I found that the unit is vented to the roof and has a box built around that vent. I am ordering the fan. Cx will remove the panel from the vent covering before we return. Will need a 2nd tech to assist with removing the unit. "CX complains unit is leaking from front of unit. CX states this has been issue for about 6 months and has continued getting worse. CX is within manufacture warranty according to POP as well as entitlements. unit shows f5e4-door not open error, unit has running water stains below door as well as below dispenser. Ran unit through test 12 and unit did not leak. Filled unit with test 3 to mid way up door unit ran until auto drain kicked in without any leaks. Ran unit through cycle cx had most recent issues with, found unit leaking a drop every couple seconds from dispenser and running down the door seal. Showed this to cx who does not believe this is the only issue and asked tech to confirm, even though unit shows no leaks from anywhere else. Orderin dispenser for return. Cx complaint is that the unit is taking multiple cycles to dry on Med heat. Upon arrival I removed the lint screen and found that the unit is not getting good ventilation. I then tested the voltage and found that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I verified at the exit point of the duct that it is not getting much flow at the exit point. I removed the vent hose from the rear of the unit and found that the hose has lint build up in it preventing the air from flowing out properly. i informed the cx that they will need to have the vent ducts cleaned. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"opened system and stinky oil smell came out really no r600 in the system so isolated both sides of system did evap side first filled with nitrogen waited 10 minutes pressure did not drop used soapy water on evap and no leaks. isolated condenser to drier and filled with nitrogen waited 10 minutes pressure did not change and no bubbles from soapy water. i do not have a leak on outside of cabinet has to be inside cabinet because where did the freon go. i dont have enough info to give techline so installed the evaporator comrpessor drier oupler then vacumed system down and filled to recomended and told cx to keep an eye on unit it could dye again. unit is good; ordrng 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S) and 2 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S)s, used 1 w10913906 (coupler SD V/S), and 2 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

"cx complaint is the unit displaying error codes, saying unit has to cool when unit is at room temp, the upper oven door openingn part 90degrees and temp changing on its own (cycle set at 350 and unit changes to 400). found F2E1, F6E9, F6E6. upper oven was just used when i arrived so i couldnt pull unit out. door does open to far, hinges will need to be replaced. diagnostics shows upper oven temp is 277, prob shows 255. lower shows 84, prob shows 82. i called techline, they advised based on error codes to replace control boards and UI again. spoke with safety. safety issued auth. quoted cx for labor. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 2 W10825778 (hinge-door)s and 1 W11179310 (control board) and 1 W10801665 (control board) and 1 W11086141 (user interface)"
