Measured both HTRs 41.2 & 41.6 ohms (43 ohms spec in troubleshooting guide) Loose ice & ice sheets around icemaker indicating water spraying or dripping past icemold. Replaced fill tube & icemaker. Original icemaker has ice cubes but did not cycle. Likely a bad icemaker. Test 66 12.5VDC at both htr connectors. Added insulation covering fill tube exposed to FC temps. See SDpics. "CX complains unit is leaking from front of unit. CX states this has been issue for about 6 months and has continued getting worse. CX is within manufacture warranty according to POP as well as entitlements. unit shows f5e4-door not open error, unit has running water stains below door as well as below dispenser. Ran unit through test 12 and unit did not leak. Filled unit with test 3 to mid way up door unit ran until auto drain kicked in without any leaks. Ran unit through cycle cx had most recent issues with, found unit leaking a drop every couple seconds from dispenser and running down the door seal. Showed this to cx who does not believe this is the only issue and asked tech to confirm, even though unit shows no leaks from anywhere else. Orderin dispenser for return. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a clicking noise when running. Upon arrival I found that the unit is turning on and heating but the fan is making a clicking noise when running. I turn the fan on alone and found that the nois e is coming from inside the fan. I found that the unit is vented to the roof and has a box built around that vent. I am ordering the fan. Cx will remove the panel from the vent covering before we return. Will need a 2nd tech to assist with removing the unit. "CX complaint: warm FC and no to little ice. Tested and verified complaint. 18 degrees in FC. 41 degrees in RC. Documented both evaps in pics. 2-3 months ago compressor was replaced due to sound problem. It cooled proper;ly before repair but not after. Drier on system is not a dye drier. I had FC evap open for over 30 min and never saw frost other than ice ball on capilary. RC evap had a decent froast patter. Ordering compressor, coupler, dye drier, 2 count and SS tech needed per TF. Cx let the unit go through a defrost removed all Ice then powered the unit back on. Unit has been cooling ever since then. Checked the Freezer Temperature with Meter. I'm getting 0.9 degrees. Checked the refrigerator temperature. I'm getting 39.5 degrees. Ice Maker isn't making Ice. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm getting E5 = Bad Thermistor. Ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. Ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. I then ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Motor. Fan Motor is running. Service Test 15 - Emitter Boards Test. Emitter Boards are changing from 02 to 01. Unit will need Ice Maker. "CX complaint: strange sound from DWQ and leaking. Tested and verified complaint. At first i thought there was something loose inside wash or drain pump. However, when i inspected the new pump i found there is a part of the water flow ducts that has 2 plastic ball by design that move around and sound like a loose object. Pump was running well, i did mark pump for return just in case since CX explained that there was a sound i was not successful in duplicating. Its likely nothing but wanted pump for return just in case. Door gasket is leaking sometimes and running down left side of door and onto floor. Ordering door gasket and marking pump for return just in case a problem is found with existing pump. Cannot reschedule due to NW part; ordrng 1 WPW10509257 (gasket)"
